I am a licensed professional counselor with over 16 years of experience with individuals, couples and families. Therapy with me is like talking to your best friend. You can be yourself in a judgment free zone. I’m a great listener, creative, and compassionate, which will help you to discover your strengths and develop the life you desire. Life may have handed you challenging experiences that included trauma, pain, and confusion, but you don’t have to stay stuck in it. I want to help you heal and grow so you can live with joy and purpose. With over 16 years of practice, I have worked with children, adults, couples, and families to help them work on healing from past trauma, mental health issues, addiction, and dysfunction. I am a certified Family Systems Trauma Counselor who studied through the Family Trauma Institute and a certified Trauma Professional. The process of finding a therapist and opening up to someone new can be intimidating. Yet here you are, looking for someone who is trustworthy, encouraging, and compassionate - that takes courage and I’m amazed at your strength! I look forward to getting to know you and would be honored to walk beside you through this chapter in your life. You can reach me directly via email (rainbow@balancefromwithin.org). I am flexible and may have other appointment options other than what is visible.
During our first session, we will identify individual goals and needs to develop a tailored plan designed just for you after I take the time to get to know you and answer any questions you may have.
