You can be yourself in a judgment free zone. I’m a great listener, creative, and compassionate. I am here to help you to discover your strengths and develop the life you desire. Life may have handed you challenging experiences that included trauma, pain, and confusion, but you don’t have to stay stuck in it. I want to help you heal and grow so you can live with joy and purpose. I have worked with children, adults, couples, and families to help them work on healing from past trauma, mental health issues, addiction, and dysfunction. I am a certified Family Systems Trauma Counselor who studied through the Family Trauma Institute and a Certified Trauma Professional.
