Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, I like to build rapport with my clients and assess for their individual needs. I believe this approach helps the process of seeking therapy more seamless for the client moving forward for future sessions. My goal is to assist my clients in feeling heard, valued and validated.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is simple; I give my clients a safe space to be their genuine, authentic self without judgement, no matter the situation. I truly care for my clients, and I want to celebrate each milestone with them along the way. It is very important to me that I make each client know that they are absolutely appreciated, valued and supported.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults that are motivated to engage in sessions no matter what the goal may be, I want my client to feel supported. I value clients that are open to feedback with the ability to be honest and open as well as being willing to take steps towards personal growth. I look forward to helping my clients live to their fullest potential.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use a variety of treatment methods in my practice as CBT being my favorite. I believe CBT is the best method for assisting my clients in recognizing negative thought patterns that may be triggering emotional distress. We can move forward in working together by processing these thought patterns through expression of feelings along with other meaningful coping skills.
