You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by experiences that are difficult to make sense of - whether that’s anxiety, past or present trauma, relationship challenges, or simply the strain of getting through each day. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, whether finding it hard to cope, or functioning on the outside while struggling internally. Many of my clients have experienced difficult or painful life events and are seeking a space where they can feel understood, supported, and free from judgment. My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to each individual. I will meet you where you are, at a pace that feels manageable. Together, we will work to make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical ways to help you feel more stable, more in control, and more like yourself again. I bring both professional training and real-life perspective to my work, allowing me to connect with clients in a genuine and down-to-earth way. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it’s about meaningful, lasting change and having someone alongside you who understands how difficult things can feel. Reaching out for therapy is a big step, and I aim to make the process as supportive and straightforward as possible from the beginning. An initial conversation can help determine whether working together feels like the right fit, provide a sense of what the process might look like, and address any questions you may have. I would welcome the opportunity to connect.

"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being." My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own. Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.

Hello! I’m Kenneth Todd, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move toward the lives they truly want. I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and have worked across diverse settings, always guided by one core belief: you are the expert on your life. My approach is rooted in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) — a dynamic, forward-looking method that emphasizes your strengths, your vision, and your capacity for change. SFT is built on four pillars: • Description: What does your best life look like? • Difference: What’s already working, even a little? • Change: What small steps can build momentum? • Outcome: What will life be like when things improve? Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover your inner resources, and build a path toward meaningful outcomes. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply want to feel more like yourself again — I’m here to help you discover who you are at your best. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and I honor the courage it takes to begin this process. If we work together, you can expect a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and respect. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are—no masks, no pressure—and begin to explore what healing and growth look like for you. My approach is thoughtful and tailored. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, adapting each session to meet your needs and goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen emotional awareness, and find new ways to move forward. I believe therapy should not just be about coping—it should be about transformation. That might mean learning how to quiet an inner critic, setting healthier boundaries, deepening relationships, or reconnecting with your sense of purpose. We will work at a pace that feels right for you, and I will walk beside you each step of the way with compassion, curiosity, and care. If you are looking for a therapist who listens deeply, challenges gently, and is committed to helping you build a more grounded and empowered version of your life, I would be honored to work with you.

My practice welcomes individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in proven clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Treatment always begins with sound clinical, evidence-based care. When a client identifies their Christian faith as an important part of their life and healing journey, Scripture and faith-based principles may be thoughtfully integrated in a reflective and therapeutic manner to foster insight, hope, emotional regulation, and resilience. Faith is never used as a substitute for clinical intervention but serves as a complementary resource when it is meaningful to the client.

Hi, I'm Chris! I've been practicing since 2016 and have worked with a variety of clients such as domestic violence survivors, human trafficking survivors, people with anger issues, individuals in difficult relationships, people who are depressed, people who have anxiety, individuals with PTSD, individuals in jails and prisons, and people who just aren't sure of where to turn to for help. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University, and my BS in Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University. I started my private practice in 2022 after working for a national public mental health agency, which specializes in serious mental illness.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed Welcome, I’m Nubia. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life. If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the first step, together. Warmly, Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC Licensed Psychotherapist

Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenges of substance use, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—approaches that support real change by combining empathy, skill-building, and a strong therapeutic alliance. With 9 years of clinical experience and lived experience with addiction and family trauma, I bring both professional knowledge and real-world understanding into the therapy room. Above all, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your struggle—you can just be real. And from that place, we work together to create the life you want to live.

I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood challenges, men’s issues, and relationship concerns, including marital difficulties. I provide neurodivergent-affirming care in a supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and accepted as they are. Using an integrative approach that blends Somatic, DBT, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques, I help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and break patterns that no longer serve them. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to guide and support you as you navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward greater balance, connection, and well-being
