I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood challenges, men’s issues, and relationship concerns, including marital difficulties. I provide neurodivergent-affirming care in a supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and accepted as they are. Using an integrative approach that blends Somatic, DBT, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques, I help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, and break patterns that no longer serve them. My focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to guide and support you as you navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward greater balance, connection, and well-being

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, explain confidentiality, and answer any questions you have. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and discuss what our work together may look like. There's no pressure to share everything at once; we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a collaborative, authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and accepted. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, men's issues, relationship concerns, and neurodivergence. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and somatic therapy techniques to meet each client's unique needs. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change while helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more balanced life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. My ideal clients may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, men's issues, or difficulties related to ADHD or autism. My style is authentic, direct, and compassionate. I won't just listen; I'll challenge you when it helps you grow while always providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Together, we'll build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward lasting, meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps you learn how to make room for difficult thoughts and emotions instead of feeling controlled by them. Together, we'll focus on accepting what you can't change while taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.

Attachment-based

Attachment-focused therapy explores how your early relationships may shape the way you see yourself and connect with others today. Together, we'll work to understand these patterns and build healthier, more secure relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps you recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We'll identify unhelpful patterns, challenge them, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges.

Somatic

Somatic therapy recognizes that stress and trauma can be stored in the body as well as the mind. We'll use simple techniques like noticing physical sensations, breathing, and grounding exercises to help you feel more connected, regulated, and safe in your body.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT teaches practical skills to manage intense emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively. The goal is to help you feel more balanced and in control.
