About me

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults of all ages who are motivated to seek change or facing major life challenges or transitions, psychological difficulties or interpersonal conflicts.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will get to know one another, discuss the specific challenges you are facing, and create a tailored treatment plan to address your needs. I offer early morning appointments on weekdays, as well as Saturday appointments to accommodate clients' busy work schedules.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma and stressor-related disorders, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts and difficult life transitions. My greatest strength as a mental health counselor is my genuine commitment to supporting my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma and stressor-related disorders, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts and difficult life transitions.
