Hi! For over 30 years I have worked in the social services field. In 2015 I returned to college to complete my degree and in 2022, I graduated from Walden University with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Trauma and Crisis. For the past four years, I have worked for a non-profit in Florida with clients who have severe mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.

I believe that each client is simply trying to find ways to cope with the tough challenges that are thrown at them. These challenges can lead to feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious. I require at least 24 hours' notice prior to cancelling your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations or no shows are subject to a Grow therapy fee of $50. Similarly, if I have to cancel within 24 hours' notice your next session will be free. The therapy process is engaged, dynamic and can be immensely satisfying.
