For the last four years, I’ve had the privilege of providing mental health, academic, career, and relational counseling for children, teenagers, adults, and couples. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, intimacy related issues, motivation, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and building interpersonal skills.
My therapeutic style leans towards a person-centered approach where I meet my clients where they are in a empathic and non-judgmental manner. I tend to also use various counseling techniques in order to assist clients with meeting their personal goals.
As a Christian who is a counselor, I feel compelled and honored to walk alongside those who are hurting, create a gentle and safe space for them to be vulnerable and honest about where they are, and find healing.
