Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida, I received my Masters from the University of Central Florida and have been practicing for 7 years. I help children and families struggling with Grief & Loss resulting in Depression and Anxiety. "Healing Hands" Therapy works through the cycles of Life, Growth, and transformation with the belief that Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Sell-Being are interconnected.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with children and their families for the past 7 years I have developed a process using the five stages of grief after loss to help identify the challenges of bereavement. An individual tailored plan will lead to measurable progress through (a) Act Therapy and (b) the transformation with the belief that physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are interconnected.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with children, young adults and their families who need support and healing with Grief and Loss.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. CBT helps dozens of clients with challenging, recurring thoughts and anxiety. CBT will help to recognize how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. CBT will help change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT aids for grief counseling by promoting acceptance of distressing thoughts and emotions, aligning actions with personal values to regain identity and purpose, and improving coping strategies through psychological flexibility.
