Everyone thinks you have it together. You show up for work. You take care of your family. You handle what needs to be done. Yet underneath it all, you’re exhausted. You find yourself overthinking, worrying about everyone else, feeling disconnected from who you used to be, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it should. Maybe you’ve spent so much time being strong for everyone else that you’ve forgotten what you need. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. For over 23 years, I’ve helped adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the overwhelming pressure of trying to hold everything together. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and help you reconnect with yourself so life feels more manageable and meaningful again. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. Sometimes it begins with one conversation and the decision to stop carrying everything alone.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve never spoken with a therapist before. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. We’ll discuss your current concerns, any challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. My role is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll determine whether we’re a good fit and begin developing a plan to help you move toward the changes you’re seeking.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I value the therapeutic relationship deeply and strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and practical, which means we’ll work together to explore difficult topics without judgment while developing tools and strategies that can help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I believe growth is a lifelong process, and even after more than 20 years as a licensed therapist, I remain committed to expanding my knowledge so I can better serve my clients. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating a space where you can gain insight, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to live.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adults who feel stuck, unfulfilled, and ready to break free from limiting patterns that have held them back. If you find yourself living a marginal life, feeling sad and don't know why, seeking validation from others, or feeling like you’re not enough, it’s time to shift your perspective. Together, we’ll uncover the inner conflicts and stories that have shaped your self-worth and held you back from the life you desire. I specialize in helping individuals who have tried everything but still struggle to achieve lasting change—whether in their career, relationships, or personal growth. With over 20 years of experience and expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), life coaching, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques, I’ll guide you in finding your purpose, transforming your mindset, and reclaiming your life. Let’s work together to create a future that aligns with your true potential.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past twenty years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Eclectic

I may integrate elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and other therapeutic approaches. This flexibility allows me to adapt interventions based on the your unique situation, preferences, and the nature of your concerns. I have been using eclectic therapy to provide a comprehensive and personalized treatment experience. I use a combination of behavioral interventions, exploration of underlying emotions and thoughts, mindfulness techniques, strategic life coaching techniques and more, depending on what is deemed most beneficial for my client.

Play Therapy

I have over 20 years of experience working with children and specialize in using Emotion Identification Games. Through cards, stories, and interactive activities, I help children learn to recognize and express their feelings in healthy ways. This approach supports emotional regulation and creates a safe and supportive environment for them to thrive.
