I have worked in the state prison system, in community mental health with people who struggle with depression, anxiety and trauma. I also have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 5 and have gone through 10 joint replacements surgeries. This makes me someone who understands physical and emotional difficulties and puts me in a unique position to understand others struggles first hand.
