Jean made me feel comfortable opening up and sharing what I’ve been dealing with. She is very empowering and welcoming. I’m excited to continue my sessions with her and find different solutions.

Talking with Jean feels almost like talking with your fave off-beat aunt that provides excellent moral support and the (metaphorical) kick in the pants to get things rolling. It's not awkward, I don't feel judged, and I don't feel like I'm just another box to tick. 10/10 would invite her to Thanksgiving dinner before my own blood family tbh.
I use multiple treatment methods, including Trauma therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, Christian therapy, psychodynamics.
