My passion is to help those who are feeling stuck. Perhaps you are trying to get out of an abusive relationship, or maybe just got out of one. Maybe you have experienced childhood traumas with your family, friends, or peers. Or, maybe you have daily stress you need to work through. Regardless of what it is, I enjoy working with those going through racing thoughts, anxiety, depression, panic worry and helping them learn to relax their nervous system.
