Hello! I’m Cindy, a bilingual in Spanish and English, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I provide individual, couples and family therapy services. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida and my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I'm fascinated by how people’s minds work and develop. When working with individuals, I love to understand how they became who they are and how they can make their lives more fulfilling. I am passionate about improving the well-being of others by helping them grow emotionally and in their pursuit of happiness. I'm curious by nature and enjoy trying to understand what's beyond what they present. That's why I became a psychotherapist. I've worked with children, adults, couples, and families, and I have worked with a range of mental health disorders. I also have experience working with individuals of diverse cultures and backgrounds including all age groups, LGBTQ+, substance abuse, neurodivergence, and military personnel and families.
