First session
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into what brought you to therapy. I want to hear it in your words. I will go over your assessments and ask about what you want your life to look like when we are done. I want to know how you grew up and what needs you have now as a result. We can go from there delving into what the next steps look like for us.
Strengths
I have a significant amount of experience in helping families with school-aged children and adolescents. I have helped immensely with school-related issues and with family relationships. I currently work with couples on building a better roadmap to healing after infidelity. I also work with individuals facing difficult seasons in their life due to transitions, grief, divorce, chronic or terminal illness.
