I specialize in grief and loss. Grief and loss can include death, break-ups/ divorce, relationship transitions, illness, pet loss, job loss, loss of home, or experiencing a move. Even positive life changes in life can bring feelings of sadness and loss. Grief can be overwhelming and can accompany a lot of additional feelings some of those can be anxiety, anger, sadness, resentment, and relief. I help clients by helping validate and explore these emotions, identifying coping skills and support, and giving them the tools to rebuild their new normal.
