Hi there,
I'm glad you're here. I can only imagine how many anxious thoughts you've had to move past just to get to this point. All of the words to how you feel, jumbled up into a noisy ball in your mind. People talk about self-care, and you've tried your best to practice this, but yet the stress and confusion about what to do next to change how you feel remains.
You've come to the conclusion that what you've been doing is not getting you closer to where you want to be, so you want to try something different. I'm here to tell you that you're in the right place.
I work with independent, high-functioning individuals who are looking for direction, clarity, and peace of mind. Whether you're dealing with workplace stress, relationship or family issues, or adjusting to life’s transitions, anxiety and depression do not have to run your life.

Hi 👋🏽 I'm Dr. Judge! I specialize in supporting women and mothers through life's challenges, relationship concerns, and personal growth. This may include helping you manage anxiety, depression, mood swings, irritability, and burnout. Maybe you're navigating a new season of motherhood, trying to communicate more effectively in your relationships, working on setting boundaries, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself. I offer a warm, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can talk openly, gain perspective, and explore what matters most to you. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, having a space to think things through, understand yourself better, and consider new ways of approaching life's challenges can make a meaningful difference. My approach is relational, collaborative, and practical. I believe that feeling heard and understood is an important part of growth. Together, we explore your concerns, identify patterns, and develop strategies that support the life and relationships you want to build.

Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.
My mission is simple: to provide a safe, supportive, and open environment where you can do the work—your work—at your own pace. I have had the opportunity to work with and serve some of the most amazing people I've ever met in various work environments including private, group, residential, hospital and emergency settings and it would be my honor to work with you as well.

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand it's effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves. I had a natural curiosity to understand the world, how people think, and what drives human behavior. I also believe in the power of connectedness. All these things came together and pushed me to pursue my graduate degree in counseling. My experiences early on taught me that no one is perfect, we all struggle, and we all deserve grace. I am here to tell you that your story doesn't have to end where it is now. I aim to show that we are all resilient and have the ability to overcome challenges.

I believe therapy is less about having all the answers and more about having a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on. Life can be complicated, and sometimes we just need someone who will listen without judgment, help us make sense of things, and walk alongside us as we figure out what comes next.
My practice is grounded in connection, curiosity, and creating a space where you can show up as yourself. You don’t have to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can start wherever you are and take it from there.
I’m interested in the whole person—not just the problem that brings you in. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, patterns, and beliefs that may be shaping how you see yourself and navigate the world. I also believe therapy should be useful outside the room, so our work can include practical tools and new ways of approaching the things that matter most to you.
I don’t believe growth means becoming a different person. To me, it’s often about becoming more connected to who you already are—understanding yourself more deeply, trusting your voice, setting boundaries, and making choices that feel true to you.
My hope is that our work feels like a genuine partnership: a place where you feel seen, understood, and supported while creating meaningful change in your life.
It is my honor to welcome you to a safe and understanding space for growth and healing.

Hi, I'm Moli and I'm passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what you're going through, and working toward meaningful change.
My approach is strength-based and tailored to each client's needs and goals. Hi, my name is Lisa. When I was younger, I read The Making of a Psychiatrist by Dr. David Viscott. In the book, the doctor walked into his office to see a client taking books off the bookshelf and throwing them onto the floor. That is how I remember the book anyway. The doctor connected with that hurting person with such compassion and insight, and he allowed for vulnerability and healing. I wanted to connect like that with hurting people and help them in their struggles. I didn't become a psychiatrist, but I did find purpose in helping others walk through difficult life journeys. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I worked for over 30 years in hospice in the bereavement department, supporting those experiencing grief, anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, and life transitions. We also dealt with anxiety, depression, and other life struggles that came up along the way. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's most challenging moments. I will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can process emotions, build resilience, and discover coping strategies. Life sometimes gets messy, and you may feel isolated and overwhelmed. You don't have to face this alone. Hi, I'm Nicole Bakewell, MS, LMHC, NCC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they can feel genuinely seen, heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
My approach to therapy is warm, authentic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing begins with connection. I strive to create an environment where you can show up exactly as you are, without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. Therapy isn't about being perfect; it's about understanding yourself, recognizing patterns, healing emotional wounds, and discovering healthier ways to move forward.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, infidelity, grief, life transitions, and challenges with self-worth. I am especially passionate about helping clients understand how past experiences influence their present emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
In our sessions, you can expect a balance of compassion, honesty, encouragement, and gentle accountability. I'm not a therapist who simply sits back and listens. I believe in meaningful conversations, thoughtful questions, practical tools, and helping you connect the dots between where you've been and where you want to go.
I recognize that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you've spent so much time being strong for everyone else. My goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to explore the difficult things while also recognizing your resilience, strengths, and capacity for growth.
Whether you're working through painful experiences, rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone, and you don't have to have all the answers before beginning. Sometimes, the most meaningful changes begin with simply feeling understood.
The road to self-empowerment starts with a first step. Change can be scary or difficult, but once the decision is made, it always leads to a door open toward success. I have 15 years post-Master-level clinical experience with grief counseling, life/career coaching, anxiety/stress/PTSD, school/college, women's issues, phase of life, relationship, self-esteem/assertiveness, peer relationships and acculturation.
You are stronger than you think; you have within yourself the tools to surpass any emotional obstacles.. My goal is to help you discover and use your strengths and successfully reach your goals.

Hi there, I'm Lorrie.
I'm so glad you are reaching out for help. That's a huge first step, and often the hardest part of your journey to health and happiness.
I work with trauma, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and relationship issues. If you are dealing with difficult emotions and can't seem to stop worrying about the future or ruminating about the past, I can help! My approach to therapy is holistic, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
In our first session you can expect to learn more about somatic therapies, and other mind-body bridging practices. By the end of the session you will have some tools you can start using right away. We will work together to identify your goals for therapy and create a treatment plan just for you.
I specialize in treatments that get you grounded, with a sense of safety, acceptance of what is, and curiosity and excitement about what could be!
Before I became a therapist, I was a yoga and mindfulness educator for 30+ years. I bring my expertise in mindfulness, meditation and breath work into every session treating mind, body and spirit.
What ever your mental health challenge, I'm here to help. Seeking out, and then showing up for therapy can be hard, but you are making the right choice! We'll work together using evidence-based techniques that are proven to help you manage your struggles and heal your trauma.
I hope we connect soon and get you started on a path to healing and happiness right away. Just one other thing... I require all of my clients to have their cameras on during all sessions. Its a safety thing.... and I appreciate your understanding.
I offer compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services rooted in the belief that healing is possible—and you don’t have to carry it alone. I create a safe, affirming space where individuals can gently unpack trauma, depression, anxiety, and life’s emotional burdens while reconnecting with their true selves. What makes me unique is my focus on empowerment, meaning, and identity. Therapy here goes beyond symptom management—it’s about helping you heal at your own pace, reclaim your voice, strengthen emotional connection, and rediscover purpose.
