Hello!! I am Sara.
Do you feel like you are just existing and not living?
I empower my clients to be the best versions of themselves. I am extremely passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals. I specialize in codependency, anxiety, depression, and effective communication.
I use different evidence based practices such as CBT, Solution Focused, and Behavioral Modification along with Mindfulness. Together we will work with these techniques to achieve goals.
Let's do this and get to being the best version of yourself!!!
"Do you find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or struggling to make sense of your thoughts and experiences? You may appear to have things together on the outside, while internally feeling stuck, anxious, on edge, or unsure of how to move forward"
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, unresolved trauma, and life transitions. Together, we create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, process what you're going through, and begin to show up in your life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
As a licensed mental health counselor and lead analyst with extensive experience since 2017, I specialize in behavioral therapy, employing evidence-based techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, and inpatient hospitals, gaining invaluable insights into the complexities of human behavior and the nuances of therapeutic interventions.
My dedication to providing comprehensive support is underscored by my commitment to tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Through empathetic listening and collaborative exploration, I strive to create a therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect. By incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities, I work alongside clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and facilitating meaningful change.
Whether guiding individuals through the process of self-discovery, assisting couples in navigating relationship challenges, or supporting families in enhancing communication and cohesion, I am deeply invested in helping clients navigate life's complexities and achieve their therapeutic goals. My approach is characterized by compassion, authenticity, and a steadfast commitment to empowering clients to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
I believe healing begins with understanding. Many of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that bring people to therapy are not signs of weakness or failure—they are often adaptations that developed in response to difficult experiences, stress, or adversity. While these patterns may have helped you cope or protect yourself at one point in your life, they can sometimes create challenges in relationships, work, and overall well-being.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. Together, we will work to understand not only what is happening in your life, but also why certain patterns may have developed and whether they continue to serve you today.
Earlier experiences in my own life taught me that adversity can shape the way we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Through these experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for how the mind and nervous system adapt to help us navigate challenges. The mind is designed to prioritize safety and survival, and many of the symptoms people experience are understandable responses to difficult circumstances rather than character flaws. While these adaptations may have been necessary at one point, healing often involves learning new ways of responding that better support the life you want to build.
I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we can help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion.
Howdy! And welcome to Rocky Road Therapy, I’m Raquel McCranie, often called Rocky. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor with over 5+ years of experience helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. My approach is direct but warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with individuals, veterans, and couples facing hardships, attachment styles and wounds, substance misuse/recovery, grief, guilt & shame, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, identity loss, codependency, and self-esteem challenges.
I have found that describing myself had never been a skill I have mastered throughout my years of experience. It just feels awkward, so I embrace the awkward. I would say that is how I approach the therapeutic relationship as well. I laugh at the absurd and try to make the awkwardness a friend. I name it so we can work with it in an authentic nonjudgemental manner. I always ask my clients to give therapy a chance and the therapist a chance as well. I say move on if by session three you are not "feeling it" with the therapist. It is okay if you don't like me as a therapist. This is your journey and I am your guide. The journey needs to be with someone who you connect with.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, uncontrolled substance use, or addiction, life can feel overwhelming. Day-to-day life can feel impossible and hopeless. If you are struggling with these issues, I am here to help. I want to offer you a respite from the suffering and partnership to help you move forward towards your goals.
As a person in recovery from substance use disorder, I have maintained nine years of continuous sobriety. Recovery has taught me the value of resilience, self-awareness, and connection, and it allows me to bring a deeper level of understanding and empathy to the people I serve.
I believe that every individual’s journey is unique. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Learning how to be a compassionate and objective guide for others has become my life’s work.
Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) in Florida. I obtained my Masters from Florida International University (FIU) and my Bachelors from Florida State University. I've been helping individuals and families for 14 years, and can help you restore or create your best life. If you'd like to regain footing but don't know where to start, let's work together you don't have to do it alone.
Lorianna Kardok, MS, LMHC, is a licensed mental health therapist with more than 17 years of experience helping individuals break free from emotional and relational patterns that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. She works with clients who often feel unsure about their emotions, struggle to understand their reactions, or find themselves repeating the same painful relationship cycles. Many of the people she supports have spent years prioritizing others’ needs while feeling unable to identify or express their own.
Lorianna specializes in helping clients understand the deeper roots of their emotional and behavioral patterns. She guides individuals in exploring why they choose certain partners, why the same conflicts keep resurfacing, and why they may feel alone or frustrated despite their best efforts. Her work focuses on helping clients reconnect with themselves, heal from past wounds, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships—both with others and with their own inner world.
I am passionate about supporting women—especially women of color—as they navigate life transitions, self-esteem hurdles, relationship issues, trauma and general mental health concerns. I've spent over 7yrs offering a warm, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to have everything figured out. Together, we will connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and actions to help you break free from unhelpful habits and safely process heavy emotions. We will focus on your natural strengths and real-world goals, giving you the clarity and support you need to unburden yourself and step into your next chapter.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals navigating grief, loss, serious illness, and major life transitions. With 9 years of hospice experience, I have supported patients and families facing terminal illness, end-of-life concerns, caregiver stress, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is personalized and collaborative, using CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and improve quality of life. I strive to meet clients where they are with respect, clarity, and empathy.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, veteran services, student counseling, and crisis settings. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences.

Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida since March 2007. I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and assessing adults, families and children in multiple settings. I consider myself skilled using a variety of clinical interventions (expressive arts with cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and trauma-informed approaches) in three languages: English, Spanish and French.
I am a Colombian born immigrant who came to the US to further my education and practice as a psychotherapist. During my years of experience in psychotherapy I learned to incorporate the creative side of the human brain to facilitate expression and better flow the emotional communication. I have helped many people work through coping with life changes, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and other multiple issues... I thrive in connecting with the person and developing trust, hope and faith in the therapeutic -and creative- process. My main focus is to provide a safe space for open conversations -via TeleHealth or in office- that allow the person to find their own path towards growing and healing. It takes courage to face our psychological challenges AND to take the first steps towards change, if you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you all the way!
Einstein said, "Logic will take you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere"...
My focus as a therapist has been helping clients challenge experienced traumas and working to find inner peace and healing. Treatment goals are focused on developing a better understanding of the self as a person and role in society. Clients often come to treatment seeking stability and consistency in their journey and are open to a two-way dialogue regarding their needs.
As a licensed Florida therapist, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illness or stress. Specializing in women's issues, career shifts, and relationship dynamics, I offer a warm, collaborative space for both secular and faith-informed care. Utilizing CBT and DBT, we will work together to build practical coping skills, foster resilience, and bring clarity to your unique path forward.

Complimentary methods are explored to reduce symptoms and create a healthy lifestyle that will incorporate all aspects of wellness for a well-rounded life experience.
Our lives are full of obstacles that can prevent us from living life to its fullest. Some obstacles we seem to bring upon ourselves, while others are thrust upon us. Do you often find yourself in unhealthy relationships? Have you experienced: narcissistic abuse, anxious attachment, codependency, or cheating? Love bombing? Do you have difficulty breaking free from harmful relationships? Do you notice a pattern of choosing the same type of partner? Are you ready to build healthier relationships? If you answered yes to any of these you have come to the right place.
I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I help clients determine whether their loved one might have a pathological condition, to understand what that means, how to avoid such relationships in the future, reduce their internal conflict, and determine whether they want to end the relationship or manage it.
Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist.
I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Since then, I have worked at an air force base, offering therapy to individuals and families, as well as a substance/mental health rehab program for the Veteran's Administration. I have also volunteered with survivors of gun violence who are grieving and/or coping with trauma.
I love being a therapist! It’s humbling to be a part of my clients’ lives as they heal, grow, and go after their goals.
