I have over 25 years experience in counseling individuals, families and couples in assisting them to find balance in their lives.
My clients can expect that I will consistently treat you with respect, dignity and positive regard. I will help you to gain understanding and insight into the changes you are able to make in your life while providing an atmosphere of acceptance, non-judgment and empowerment.
It has been my professional experience that utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy in counseling treatment has long term benefits for whatever the challenge is that you are experiencing now and going forward. I also use a combination of approaches depending on what you need and the learning style you prefer.
I have been able to help my clients reduce high anxiety, decrease depressive symptoms, work through past traumatic experiences and develop positive communication to enhance all of the relationships in their life. The demands of work-life-family balance can be successfully achieved in our client/therapist partnership.
