(she/her)
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in the state of Florida. I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been working in the field for over seven years. I work with clients of all ages, from teenagers to older adults, helping them tap into their strengths, build self-esteem, and navigate the challenges they’re facing. My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful—a life you are truly excited to wake up to each day.
In our first session, my main focus will be on building a strong therapeutic connection with you. I’ll take the time to get to know your personality, your life circumstances, and what’s bringing you to therapy, so we can create a foundation of trust and understanding from the start.
With over seven years of experience in therapy, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients learn how to regulate and process their emotions, embrace accountability and vulnerability, and work toward their goals. My focus is on supporting clients as they build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I work with clients at all stages of life, many of whom come to me feeling unsure about how to make their lives more fulfilling or how to address the void they’re experiencing. Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, family issues, or other challenges, we work together to uncover what’s missing and explore ways to “fill that void.” My goal is to help clients reduce those overwhelming negative emotions, build healthier coping strategies, and create a more balanced and fulfilling everyday life.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a practical, strengths-focused approach that I use to aid my clients in tapping into their existing strengths to shift the focus from their problems to possible solutions.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an approach I like to use to help clients recognize and challenge the unhelpful patterns in their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In sessions, I guide clients to examine how their thinking influences their emotions and actions, and we work together to replace those negative or distorted thoughts with more balanced and constructive ones.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
When I use Person-Centered Theory in my sessions, my focus is on creating a space where clients feel truly heard, accepted, and understood. I believe that change happens best when people feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. My role is to provide that nonjudgmental, empathetic environment and meet clients exactly where they are.
