Clients will feel safe by only sharing with me whatever they feel comfortable sharing. I will go at their own pace. We will identify goals, and I will provide immediate solutions from our first session.
I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for the elderly, adults, and teens, who may be dealing with the challenges of life. This often takes the form of anxiety, stress, PTSD, trauma, obesity, eating behaviors, depression, and chronic medical issues. I work to help my clients navigate these transition periods and build coping skills to allow them to feel better and develop a more positive outlook on life.

I am using an eclectic approach. It is a combination of CBT, Solution-Focused, DBT, guided meditation, mindfulness resources. I have been utilizing those evidence based treatment approaches for the past 18 years.
