I seek to facilitate change by entering the client’s psychological world, utilizing a phenomenological lens; this allows me to focus on the lived experiences of each individual and the personal meaning behind their circumstances past, present, and future to determine the most effective therapeutic interventions. My holistic approach to psychotherapy focuses on the overall relationship between mind, body & spirit. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship issues, life transitions, family conflicts, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, and self esteem. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I was inspired to become a therapist after growing up in a family that experienced mental illness and trauma. I would like to help those in need thrive and become the best versions of themselves. I have been practicing therapy for over 3 years with a those with a variety of needs.
Hey! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of North Florida and have practiced for 4 years. I help anyone ranging from young adults to adults in their later years struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses.
In sessions, we will work together to identify common thinking traps and their influence on stress, anxiety, and depression. Therapy is a collaborative process. It is a space where we focus on you and it can be whatever you want it to be. You know your life better than anyone else will. Together, we can look back and identify growth areas, process trauma, and gain the tools we need to achieve our goals. This involves incorporating coping skills, self-care, and mindfulness techniques to disrupt a cycle of stress, anxiety, and depression.
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

In peace and love I welcome you. My name is Bria Young and I am an LMHC based in the state of Florida. I have years of experience with assisting individuals in finding the balance that they desire to have for their life. I am a nontraditional therapist that is intentional about giving quality care without judgment. My job is not to tell you what to do. I am here to assist you in recognizing what is best for you in your life. I provide encouragement, understanding, empathy, authenticity, and insightfully inspiring realism.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I am committed to collecting evidenced based "tools for my toolbox" to aid those grappling with finding the new normal after their world has shifted. I most love helping people find language to describe their losses, often when there has been difficulty finding the words, inspiring people to find hope again, and facilitate the development of a plan to move forward in a way that both honors their experiences and embraces the future.
I take an action-oriented, collaborative approach to therapy. I utilize a combination of psychoeducation, storytelling, and evidenced-based interventions to offer meaningful insight to support clients’ healing. I strongly believe that rock bottom is the foundation upon which we can rebuild our lives. We do regular check-ins to review progress along the way. Our goal is not to change the past, but instead to find some relief from symptoms that impact daily functioning. I will solicit feedback regularly during sessions for takeaways to gauge progress and curate treatment interventions based on what is most engaging and productive for the individual client.
As a military daughter, sister, and granddaughter, I have experienced firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life. My family was stationed at Fort Stewart before we settled in Statesboro. I specialize in addressing issues such as depression, ADHD, stress, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, children's mental/behavioral health, military and veteran support, family relationships, grief and bereavement, anxiety, and anger management. I have a certification in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT); Anger management (CAMT) and Parent education (CPE).
When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative approach. I strive to understand each client's unique story and work together to develop personalized strategies that promote healing and growth. Whether you are dealing with stress, navigating family dynamics, or seeking support for yourself, your child or teen, I am here to help.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, Georgia and Utah. I have worked within the mental health field for over 20 years. I specialize in stress management and anxiety. I believe with the right support and guidance many can learn new healthy coping skills that will assist in decreasing symptoms we all possess in response to daily stressors. I have also worked in assisting those who have transitioned from their family of faith and have been able to guide them in learning how to move forward from the shame that is often associated with the transition.
Are you struggling to reach your goals or feel like 'you', again?
Getting therapy does not mean that hardships are automatically alleviated. It takes strength, hard work, and teaming together to discover the path toward inner growth and positive change. The best part, is that simply by doing research in contacting a counselor, you are accomplishing the first and perhaps most difficult step. Let me assist you in your journey towards a healthier, happier, and more serene you.
I see individuals as well as couples. My main specialties of counseling include: anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem, meaning and purpose seeking, first responders and their families, postpartum issues, grief, trauma, stress management, substance use, anger management, parenting concerns, peer relationships, and much more.
I utilize a variety of techniques and methods to aid the client in discovering the path that allows them to feel more positive growth and change in their lives. I aim for the client feeling comfortable and providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment that facilitates this. The client and therapist need to be a great 'fit'!

Welcome! II’m Daniela Carter (she/her/hers), a mental health therapist with over 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals, families, children, and communities on their path to healing. My journey began at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work, but the heart of my work has always lived in the stories people carry.
In my practice, I offer a space where judgment is left at the door and your full self is welcome. This being a space to be heard, seen, and supported, especially when life feels out of rhythm. I believe healing happens when we gently reconnect with ourselves: our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies.

My approach blends mindfulness, emotional awareness, and body-centered wellness to help you find balance and reclaim your sense of direction. This work is my calling, to help you rise above what weighs you down and rediscover the strength that’s always been yours.
You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long.

Together we’ll surface blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. My name is Willard and I am a licensed counselor in several states. My practice primarily focuses on helping others deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I help others to be okay with things that are beyond their control and work with them to establish themselves as the protagonist in their own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.
Hello! I am Dinorah Escala, a mental health counselor licensed in the state of Florida. I have over a decade of experience collaborating with clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, social, and economic backgrounds. I have advanced training in the preparation of immigration evaluations (Hardship Waivers, Cancellation of Removal, VAWA, Asylum, T & U Visas and more). I also hold a mater's degree in Business Administration and certification as an Interpreter/Translator (Spanish/English).
Before becoming a therapist, I held positions in the US Government and private (IT) sector. However, my passion for learning about human behavior led me to a final shift to mental health and coaching. My exposure to diverse cultures and personal experience after residing in different countries allows me to better understand the specific challenges faced by the immigrant community, especially from the female perspective. I also help clients dealing with stress, anxiety and depression that usually arise from the challenges of day-to-day living or life changes.
Imagine breaking the chains of depression, insecurity, anxiety and/or job dissatisfaction. What would it feel like to face each day, relationship and circumstance with confidence and clarity? Heyyy, I'm Autumn,
Do you ever feel like you're expected to be Superwoman, always strong and capable, no matter what? It's easy to get overwhelmed when you're carrying that weight day in and day out. And when it comes to relationships, it can feel like you're stuck in a vicious cycle of bad decisions and unsatisfying connections. Maybe you're struggling to connect intimately with your partner, or maybe you're feeling hopeless and empty. That's where I come in. As someone who understands what you're going through, I'm here to help.
Therapy is a place where you can be you, the real, unfiltered you. And trust me, it's a beautiful thing. Plus, you know what's even better? That newfound confidence you gain during therapy can spill over into your day-to-day life. It's all about creating positive change, growth, and ultimately a fulfilling life. So, if you're ready to prioritize your needs and take that all-important first step toward a healthier life.
I have been a clinical mental health therapist and behavior analyst for children and adults. I have treated and helped people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, problems with motivation and other life issues unique to each person. I have worked in schools, outpatient practices and homes. My experience has led to form a unique and diverse system for identifying and assessing challenging behavior patterns. I value the human experience and understand that just because a problem is identified, change is not automatic. Understanding the patterns that maintain behavior and thinking patterns can take asking the right questions and exploring unique alternatives to those patterns.
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and Florida. I am also certified as a substance abuse counselor in New York (CASAC) and Florida (CAC). My extensive expertise, combined with my empathetic and empowering approach, has contributed towards helping clients like you discover your strengths and achieve meaningful change. I provide individual, couples, family and group counseling sessions.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, schizophrenia, relationship issues, divorce, general mental health, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, life transitions, and anger management.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today.
I became a social worker because I want to help people feel better about themselves and their lives. I no longer wanted to be "just an employee" and work for a large organization. I wanted to use my strengths and abilities to help others because it would be challenging and rewarding. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.
I also conduct emotional support animal evaluations in Florida, Texas, New Hampshire, Kansas, and Oregon. If you would like more information about me or getting an emotional support animal evaluation completed, please visit my website at instillinghopepsychotherapy.com.
In counseling, I believe in meeting my clients where they are and helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves. I want my clients to realize the decisions they make have consequences, good and bad, and like to assist them to remain accountable for their decisions. It is important for me to look at the client as a whole, to help determine the course of treatment that will suit them best. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
I chose to become a therapist after experiencing a time in my life when I struggled to find a provider I could truly relate to. I understand firsthand how intimidating or even uncomfortable it can feel to take that first step toward starting therapy. But I also know how profoundly rewarding the work you do in therapy can be—it’s a courageous and transformative journey that can lead to deeper self-awareness, enhanced relationship building, and lasting growth.
Life’s challenges, whether they involve grief, complex relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, career or life dissatisfaction, life transitions, intimacy, or sexuality, are all valid reasons to seek support. As your therapist, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore these concerns and gain the tools to navigate them with confidence.
Pursuing a deeper understanding of yourself and intentionally working toward a more fulfilling life are among the most empowering steps you can take. Together, we’ll work to help you reach your fullest potential and create a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and true to who you are.

Hi, I’m Crystal Rollefson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. Since moving from Hawaii in late 2021, I’ve been working with a small private practice while also beginning to grow my own practice.
I hold a Certificate in Play Therapy from Capella University and am currently pursuing credentials to become a Registered Play Therapist in the state of Florida. My professional journey began in substance abuse counseling, where I spent two years supporting adults with addictions, criminal justice involvement, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, combining client-centered care, cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy principles. I believe in empowering individuals by helping them recognize and build upon their strengths—even when those strengths feel hard to find. Together, we can uncover them.
I’m also a strong advocate for self-care and self-love as essential components of mental and physical well-being. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me practicing yoga, enjoying CrossFit, lifting at the gym, camping, or paddleboarding. I strive to bring the same energy of balance and intentional living into my work with clients.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can heal, grow, and thrive—at your own pace and on your own terms.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
