My name is Alexia but most people call me Lexi. I am a therapist dedicated to improving the lives of others. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy and I love to provide a unique and fresh perspective on handling life’s challenges. I utilize a person centered approach so you are at the forefront of your treatment. I look forward to working with you!
Our first session is getting to know you. I like to start casually just building a bond and addressing any concerns you may have.

I specialize in adults and youth ages 14 and up. I most enjoy treating depression, anxiety, and trauma related concerns.

It has been so long since I’ve spoken to a therapist, but Alexia makes me feel so comfortable and she is so good at explaining things and helping me think better and make better choices. I genuinely have never felt so much care from a therapist before, so I am forever grateful. Alexia has chosen the right field and I hope one day I can do the same to others.
