LMHC, 15 years of experience
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a background in healthcare, and I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more at peace with themselves. I primarily work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions, especially women who are adjusting to new phases or challenges in life. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in the healthcare field. This experience deepened my understanding of how physical and emotional well-being are connected and gave me a holistic view of the challenges my clients face. My goal is to help you move forward in a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling way so you can become the best version of yourself.
You’ll find a safe, compassionate space where you can share your story openly and without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify goals, and develop practical coping strategies to support your emotional well-being. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
My approach is grounded in empathy, resilience, and real-life experience. Having personally navigated childhood cancer, I bring deep understanding and compassion to my work. My later-in-life transition into counseling, along with my healthcare background, allows me to connect with clients from many walks of life. Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, and grounded in both personal and professional wisdom.
I work with adults of all ages who are seeking support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and both men’s and women’s issues. Whether you’re adjusting to change, facing uncertainty, or simply looking to build confidence, I’m here to help you create a path forward that feels authentic and empowering. 1
