Hello! Sometimes making the decision to attend therapy is the most difficult decision. However, that doesn't mean that therapy will always be easy. When therapy is difficult, you often grow through those difficult experiences. Others would describe me as a "down to earth" type person and able to remain calm in stressful situations. I meet my clients where they are in life and help them stabilize their current situation before diving into other issues. No one is perfect, we all need help sometimes.
Please note: All sessions are conducted in ASL (American Sign Language) only. There will not be any verbal interactions during the appointment.

Welcome. I'm a licensed therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and accepted. For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and profound loss. As a Certified Thanatologist (Retired) with specialized experience in grief and end-of-life care, I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you don't have to carry life's hardest moments alone. My name is Natalie Cunningham, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Originally from New York City, I have called the South home for the past 10 years.
Before entering private practice, I completed my graduate internship at a long-term residential treatment facility serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. For the past several years, I have worked in private practice, specializing in the treatment of trauma and trauma-related concerns, including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and other mental health conditions.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and client-centered therapy. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel comfortable, understood, and accepted. While I maintain a professional and evidence-based approach, my style is warm, approachable, and conversational. My goal is to create an environment where therapy feels like a genuine, collaborative conversation rather than a clinical experience, allowing clients to feel at ease as they work toward healing and personal growth.
My name is Ledia Urbano, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida. My name is Carlos Izquierdo and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I view most psychological issues as the result of faulty strategies that keep clients stuck in some area or areas of their life rather than as signs of pathology. My main goal is to encourage and guide my clients to see their challenges as opportunities for growth and to help them develop flexible and creative ways of addressing them.
My name is Isis and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida with over 8 years of experience. I didn’t become a therapist because I believed life should be perfect—I became a therapist because I know how complex, messy, and deeply human life can be.
Over the years, I’ve sat with many people navigating anxiety, overwhelming life transitions, relationship struggles, and the quiet pressure to “hold it all together.” My goal in therapy is to create a space where you don’t have to do that alone. A space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen and understood. I often work with adults who feel stretched between responsibilities, expectations, and their own emotional needs. I also have a special place in my heart for supporting women and mothers as they move through pregnancy, postpartum changes, and the many emotional layers of parenthood.
In our work together, I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, while also focusing on practical tools that help regulate the nervous system and create meaningful change in everyday life. Therapy with me is collaborative—we work together to understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and help you move toward the life you want to build.
I founded my practice with the intention of creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and human. A place where both clients and clinicians can feel safe to grow, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Outside of my work, I value time with my family, creativity, and designing environments that feel calm, comforting, and restorative—because I believe the spaces we create, both internally and externally, play an important role in healing.

I value creating a space where you can show up authentically, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
As a woman of color and Army combat veteran, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I know from personal experience that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and at the same time, it can be one of the most supportive and life-giving steps a person can take.
As a clinician, I prioritize my own wellness and healing because I believe it helps me remain present, grounded, and effective in holding space for my clients. It is an honor to be invited into someone’s healing and growth journey, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy watching football (go Chiefs), attending festivals, and engaging in arts, crafts, and DIY projects. I also enjoy trying new food spots and taking time to rest and recharge. I view my work as a calling rather than just a job, and I am deeply grateful to do what I love.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, currently finishing my Doctorate in Psychology, and I also have a background in psychological evaluations, but what matters more day to day is that I show up curious, warm, and genuinely in your corner, not just taking notes.
