I Specialize in working with Adults, teens, and tweens treating Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Depression, Grief and Loss Issues, Addictions / Dual-Diagnosis and Anger Management difficulties. i also offer evening appointments so you do not have to miss school or work.
First session
In your first session, I start with brief introductions, then provide an initial evaluation to better understand the difficulties you are dealing with. This will help me create a custom treatment plan for us to work through in your following sessions.

Having worked with the above-mentioned clients for the past 17 years, I have learned to employ evidence-based practices to identify and change the self-defeating thought patterns that lead to unhealthy emotions and behaviors.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with a wide age range of clients 11-74 years old who are struggling with Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Depression, Grief and Loss Issues, Alcohol, Nicotine and other substance and behavioral Addictions / Dual-Diagnosis and Anger Management difficulties. Clients often feel stuck, and it is my goal to get my clients moving in a positve direction.
