Welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. My practice focuses on helping individuals take back control of their lives. My experience includes assisting clients with a variety of issues including Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Anger, Communication, insomnia, and other life-distressing problems. I provide no-nonsense solution-focused strategies utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and motivational approaches. By using these proven therapeutic approaches, we will change long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I believe my greatest strengths lie in my empathy and active listening. I approach each client with genuine compassion, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your experiences.
I aim to provide you with caring support and practical feedback to help you address challenges. I can help you accelerate your true potential and live the life that you desire and the life you deserve. My clients are eager to make the changes necessary but don't yet have the tools needed to make their goals a reality.

Ricky has changed my life for the better. Ricky is such a great helpful and listener, I had so bad anxiety and was suffering from panic attacks, Mr Ricky played the main rule to get rid of these problems.

CBT is a highly effective approach for treating a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief, and more. My training in CBT has equipped me with the skills to help clients understand and change their negative thought patterns and behaviors.
