My name is Noel Hartough and I am a person with a lot of lived experience with anxiety (spiritual and career). Anxiety and the success I had through work I did in therapy led to me becoming a therapist. I grew up around gray area drinking, family squabbles and being the introspective kid at the lunch table. I happen to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adolescents during the day and adults in the evenings. I believe that we are largely the result of our beliefs.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking licensed psychotherapist and the author of Healing Childhood Trauma. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been trying to hold everything together. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, chronic stress, or difficulty functioning day to day, therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and begin making meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership where we move at your pace while building practical, real-world tools that fit your life and help you feel more grounded, capable, and empowered.
Welcome! I'm Tara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Let's take a moment to recognize this first step that you've taken to improve your mental health and wellness. This can be a difficult, scary, and liberating experience. I aspire to create a safe, welcoming and empathetic environment that allows individuals to explore and work through feelings of anger, anxiety and/or depression. I meet clients where they are and tailor care to their needs to help them improve their thoughts, moods and behaviors, improving their overall wellness.
I am an LMHC therapist, public speaker, community organizer, social and environmental activist, and have been listening for decades. My Master of Clinical Psychotherapy, 2013 came from the University of North Florida. I experienced a Clinical Pastoral Education, in deep listening. I worked in the Talk program at Wounded the warriors talked; I listened.
Trauma Supportive Therapy is used to safely address, as slowly as need be, the pain of the past that keeps coming to trip your defenses in the present at all the wrong moments. I can be that supporting presence who will help sort it out by listening, sincerely hearing you, reflecting the depth of your feelings back to you. I practice the therapy of defining personal meaning, so, together we will think about your options, planning, purpose, and goals for living a meaningful life without being afraid of tripping over your past or yourself.
I practice person centered therapy by meeting you where you are. I strive to be culturally sensitive, non-prejudicial and use strength-based therapy as a jump point, truly believing I am the guide for you, but you are the treasures and wisdom keeper. Of all the reasons people come to therapy: anger, guilt, anxiety, changes, transitions, depression, trauma, jealousy, and “it is just not working anymore”, the extra burden of race and racism is more than just a nuance to be nodded at in therapy. I will view race as central to all the other pieces, when it is central to you.
I am inclusive, secular, competent, affirming, and non-judgmental. I have worked with people in transition, people who are very much defined, “but things got complicated”, people in the communities of LGBTQA, Polyamory, Kink, non-gendered. Each are safe and welcome here.

My approach focuses on creating a therapeutic space centered around reflection, honesty, and emotional safety, where we can work together to overcome obstacles and reach your goals.
Through the therapeutic relationship, I aim to create a safe space for deep listening and reflection, where we can explore how our connections with others, and experiences from our past, continue to shape our lives and decisions.
Hello I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for LMHC Licensure. I received my Master of Science degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University and have served as a therapist for 19 years. I have worked with a variety of clients with a plethora of challenges. My goal is always to assist my clients in making the improvements necessary to improve their quality of life.
Starting therapy can be a difficult process. I make this process as easy for you as possible. Therapy starts with us getting to know each other and for me to understand your needs for treatment. I want to make sure that I can meet your requirements and help you work on what you came into treatment for or find you someone who can. As a therapist, I help you become the best version of yourself. My job is to give you the skills to manage difficulties when they occur. Situations occur that you may not feel equipped to handle. Let me support you to help you get through and gain insight about yourself and your ability to handle things in the future. I provide a comfortable and non-intrusive environment. I work with people to help them develop a strong sense of self, learn to have healthier relationships, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and learn to be less impulsive. If you have moments when you think you should reach out for help or support, even if the thoughts are fleeting, I encourage you to reach out to me for support.
Are you experiencing frustration, confusion or turmoil in your life? Even to the point where you see no sense of direction while trying to navigate through life? At times, this can be overwhelming for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, including other mental health disorders. Hi! My name is Stephaney and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with almost a decade of experience in treating adults and adolescents for various mental health challenges and co-occurring diagnoses.
I was inspired to become a therapist by my unique experience migrating to the United States at the age of 13 and attending middle school which was very challenging for me. Culture shock became my reality and one that would eventually lead me to “Severe anxiety.” Even with a very strong family support system, I felt alone and trapped by my own inner fears and self-defeating thoughts. Constant worry and fear of being bullied by my peers became my everyday experience.
Through all these obstacles, I was able to process my feelings and experiences with my faith in Jesus Christ, supportive family, and a few good friends. To this extent, I have come to recognize the benefits of a strong support system and the need for social and relational connection.
As a mental health counselor, I’m privileged to be a part of that support system for many people. I work with my clients to connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, all while providing sound strategies to promote healthier thought processes. I believe that every human being deserves a chance to be heard and understood, and therapy has taught me that as human beings, we are more alike than different. So as your therapist, I’m excited to be a listening ear for you and help guide you toward your goals.
See REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS In the following “Dream Client” sections where my clients to do the talking.

Hi, I’m Neph! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and have been practicing for about 5 years. I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.
I have over 45 years of experience as a practicing psychologist. My orientation is a strength based, solution focused cognitive behavioral therapy approach. Following a thorough assessment, my goal in our initial work together. is to identify in partnership with you an in-depth understanding of the issues that lead you to contact me. and to gain an understanding of how you have attempted to resolve these issues to date. In addition, we will ascertain what you see as your applicable strengths and abilities in prior comparable life situations. By the end of session one, our goal is to be able to agree on what solutions will look like for the issues that have led you to seek therapy. and to have a game plan as to how we will initially proceed.
While I have worked with a wide range of clients over the years, the vast majority have had success in the various key areas (relationism, employment, family, peers, etc.) and they are now dealing with issues/problems / a crossroads, etc. where they are looking for some assistance as they navigate these current challenges

Since 2017, I’ve worked closely with the LGBTQ+ community, offering care that’s affirming and grounded in compassion. I honor all the ways we learn to survive and gently support people in letting go of what no longer serves them.
I believe healing is possible, and it starts with feeling truly met. You deserve that space.
Hello, I am Fabiola Desire. Thank you for choosing me and you are in great hands! The reason I choose to be in this is field is that my Haitian grandmother taught to me to see the good in people and show compassion to others. I am a product of Haitian immigrant parents and saw the lack of mental health services in the community. I want to be able to get you through your life challenges. I have provided a safe place you to share the most sensitive moments in your life. Therapy can be difficult as we discussed vulnerable and sensitive events they may have happened in your life. However, seeking therapy can give you a sense of empowerment, freedom, and a place for you to heal and see things from a different perspective. I am here to be along with you during this journey. Clients have been able to share the most difficult events in their lives with me. I provide support, comfortable and safe place for you to share your life.
Do you find yourself appearing capable and composed on the outside while quietly carrying a constant sense of pressure, responsibility, or emotional exhaustion on the inside? Many high-functioning professionals and women are skilled at managing work, relationships, and expectations, yet still feel overwhelmed by the invisible weight they carry.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where your experiences are heard, respected, and explored without judgment. My counseling approach honors the complexity of your life and the cultural, relational, and personal factors that shape how you show up in the world. Together, we examine the patterns that contribute to stress, over-responsibility, emotional urgency, and difficulty prioritizing your own needs.
In therapy, we work to slow down the cycle of constant doing and shift toward greater clarity, regulation, and self-understanding. This process often includes identifying long-standing patterns, strengthening emotional boundaries, and building healthier ways of responding to stress, relationships, and internal pressure.
My goal is to support you in processing life’s challenges while reconnecting with your strengths and capacity for balance. At the center of my work is the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness, followed by intentional repair and compassionate growth—an approach reflected in the Break. Repair. Heal.™ framework that guides my practice.
Salutations, and welcome. I invite you to join me on a healing journey where you can feel seen, supported, and safe. I am a licensed mental health counselor, EMDR-trained clinician, and registered art therapist with more than a decade of trauma-informed experience. I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
