Therapy is a confidential space to slow down, reflect honestly, and gain a deeper understanding of what is happening in your life, and why certain thoughts, emotions, and patterns continue to resurface. Couture Counseling Services was founded on the idea that therapy should be crafted with authenticity and care. People deserve more than simply a generic approach to healing. An effective therapeutic experience offers something rare: a place to speak openly, feel understood, and practice meaningful work without judgment. It can help you untangle old patterns, strengthen relationships, and move through life with more clarity, intention, and self-trust. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing virtual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Over the past four years in private practice, I have worked with clients from all walks of life who are struggling to navigate anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence, attachment issues, parenting stress, psychotic disorders, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Some clients come in knowing exactly what hurts or feels overwhelming. Others know something feels off. Either way, we start there. My style is warm, thoughtful, adaptable, and deeply attuned. Sessions are intentionally structured to support progress while still feeling relaxed, genuine, and conversational rather than overly clinical. I blend evidence-based approaches with artistic expression, curiosity, humor, empathy, and practical insight. Together, we identify goals, understand patterns, explore how the past echoes in the present, and build strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is designed to feel welcoming and encouraging. Starting therapy can feel uncertain and is a big step. My priority centers around building trust, establishing rapport, and creating an environment where you feel emotionally safe, respected, and appreciated, simply for showing up as yourself. We begin by talking about what brought you to therapy. You're invited to share as much or as little as you feel ready. This session is also your opportunity to interview me and ensure my style, clinical approach, personality, energy, and overall vibe align with the qualities you're seeking in a therapist. I will gently ask questions at your pace to gather a more robust understanding of your experiences and how I can best support your journey. For me, therapy is most impactful when it feels intentional, attuned, and personalized. From the beginning, your voice, insight, and lived experience helps shape our work in a way that feels meaningful, relevant, and deeply human. After all, a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation of effective therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Sessions are guided by structure and clinical intention while still allowing for the natural flow of authentic conversation. I listen carefully, ask questions that deepen insight and invite new perspective, and create space for meaningful reflection, appropriate humor, and the full range of human experience. My role is to provide steady, supportive guidance while helping clients better understand the links between their experiences, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and recurring patterns in ways that feel both insightful and applicable to daily life. My approach is integrative and individualized. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor the work to each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. It is important that therapy is flexible enough to meet those differences and customized enough to honor them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients include individuals and couples who are thoughtful, curious, and ready to take an honest look inward. Many of my clients want more than a place to vent. They are looking for insight, practical strategies, and a therapist who can both support and gently challenge them. Clients appreciate my collaborative, down-to-earth approach that blends reflection with real-world tools they can apply in daily life. Most important, they are motivated to learn, grow, and build healthier ways of communicating, coping, and nurturing connection with themselves and others.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I use an eclectic approach to therapy by drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities, tailoring techniques to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. This flexibility allows me to integrate methods such as CBT, play therapy, and family-systems work in a way that best supports growth and healing. By combining strategies rather than relying on one rigid framework, I create a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
