Hi there! I am Conchetta, and I'm the type of therapist who believes that healing doesn't always have to be heavy. Therapy with me is about finding clarity, building confidence, and yes sometimes laughing a little along the way. I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. That means we’ll get curious about the patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, focus on what’s working, and build on your strengths to move forward (not just dig into the past).

Client's first session with me is all about getting comfortable, feeling heard, and setting the tone for how we'll work together. Client's do not need to have all the answers. This is a no-pressure space where we take things one step at a time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have it all figured out; I will meet you exactly where you are. I may ask a few questions to better understand your goals and what’s been on your mind, but the space is always yours. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You can expect honest conversation, no judgment, and maybe even a little humor along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time sometimes; lightness is part of the healing too.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adolescents and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or ready to make a change but don’t know where to start. My ideal client may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, overthinking, life transitions, or feeling like they’re “just not themselves” anymore. They want a therapist who is approachable, honest, and down to earth and someone who offers real tools, not just nods, and note-taking.

With over five years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I am passionate about helping individuals gain practical, lasting tools to take control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with both adults and adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and persistent negative thinking patterns. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, focused on empowering clients to break unhelpful cycles and build a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I believe that every client already holds the strength, insight, and resilience they need within themselves. Sometimes, having the right support to bring those qualities into focus is what completes the picture. Through Solution-Focused Therapy, I help adults and adolescents tap into their inner resources and take meaningful steps toward positive change one step at a time.
