Hi there! My name is Samantha! I have been working in the field for more than 10 years. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles related to a wide variety of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, perinatal and post partum depression. I use various therapeutic approaches to help get you to your goals. Some of those include solution focused therapy, strength base therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
