New to Grow
I’m Dr. Victoria Lazareva, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in medicine. My work is rooted in a systemic, mind-body approach that bridges emotional, relational, and physiological health. Having worked in both the medical and psychology fields, I understand how stress, hormones, and relationships shape our overall well-being. I offer a holistic and grounded space for healing — where science meets empathy, and the body’s wisdom is honored alongside the mind’s insight.
In our first session, we’ll clarify what you’d like to change and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll help you identify your main goals — whether that’s improving your emotional balance, rebuilding confidence after a life transition, or learning healthier ways to manage stress and relationships. Together, we’ll outline the first steps toward those goals and discuss how we’ll track progress along the way. Because I work from a relational, mind-body, and systemic approach, I’ll also help you notice how your physical state, emotions, and relationships are connected. You’ll leave our first session with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and a plan for what we’ll focus on next.
My greatest strength is integrating a relational, mind-body, and systemic approach that bridges emotional healing with physical well-being. With a background in medicine and psychotherapy, I help women understand how stress, hormones, and relationships interact — and how to restore balance on all levels. Clients often say my approach feels both insightful and practical, helping them not only understand themselves but also make real changes in how they feel and connect. Together, we focus on lasting transformation — building emotional regulation, improving relationships, and supporting better sleep, energy, and overall vitality.
I help women 40+ in perimenopause and postmenopause who are navigating shifts in health, identity, and relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, exhausted, or uncertain about the next chapter — whether they’re recovering from the end of a long-term relationship or building a new life on their own terms for the first time. My relational and mind-body approach helps you reconnect with yourself, regulate your emotions, and create a clear, confident path forward. Clients often notice improvements in both their physical and emotional well-being, including better sleep, stronger coping skills, and more balanced, fulfilling relationships.
I practice through a relational therapy lens, which means I believe that healing happens within the context of relationships—both with others and with ourselves. In our sessions, I focus on how patterns of connection, communication, and emotional responsiveness shape your experience of the world. Together, we explore not only the challenges you face but also the relational dynamics that sustain them, helping you cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional safety, and authentic connection. My approach integrates systemic thinking, attachment theory, and mind-body awareness to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection, our work will center on understanding and transforming the relational patterns that keep you stuck—so you can create relationships that feel more aligned, grounded, and alive.
