I began my career in clinical social work over twenty years ago. I hold a Doctorate of Social Work from Capella University, a Masters of Social Work from Monmouth University and a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies from Rutgers University. I consider myself to be an inspirational clinician who effectively communicates in a way that encourages action and change. Through my many years in the field of psychotherapy, I am an expert behavioral health clinician specializing in mental health services to improve the quality of life for individuals of all ages and circumstances. My passion is helping people realize their potential to effectuate change through mindfulness, empowerment, and person-centered approaches. I have a certificate in IFS and CBT treatment models.
My style is friendly, warm, and honest. I find that trust and acceptance is the foundation for an effective therapeutic relationship and humor is a must! I approach each session by meeting the individual where they are at and go from there.
I am licensed psychotherapist based out of Florida. I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. With years of experience in the field, I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, tailored to fit each client’s unique needs, so you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, blending cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care to foster lasting change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking deeper self-awareness, I provide the tools and support to help you move forward with confidence. Choosing the right therapist is a deeply personal decision, and I prioritize creating a genuine connection with my clients. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in painful patterns that make it hard to manage daily life, relationships, or your sense of self-worth. Sometimes these struggles are tied to current life challenges, and other times they are connected to earlier experiences that continue to affect how you feel, relate to others, and respond to stress today. Therapy can help you better understand what is going on and begin making meaningful changes.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking licensed psychotherapist and the author of Healing Childhood Trauma. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties. I help clients explore the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building healthier ways of coping, relating, and moving through daily life.
Please note: I accept insurance for individual therapy; however, specialized couples counseling and family therapy are offered exclusively on a private-pay basis.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I work with respect for your pace and aim to create a space where you can better understand your experiences, work through emotional pain, and build more secure patterns in your life and relationships.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I support you through this process with the goal of helping you feel more secure, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. When you feel ready to begin, I invite you to schedule our first session today.
I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to heal and improve your mental health. With a warm, client-centered approach, I specialize in solution-focused therapy to help clients identify strengths, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and fosters meaningful change and resilience in children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained and incorporate trauma-informed care into my practice, helping individuals process past experiences that may be impacting their present.
My work draws on a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs, whether they are navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions.
My therapy approach is flexible, meeting you where you are and creating a safe space for open sharing, as I believe healing begins when hidden struggles are confronted. Certified in DBT and CBT, with extensive experience in treating substance use, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, helping you overcome resistance and align your life with your personal values. I strive to foster a collaborative and empowering environment throughout our work together.

I have been in the mental health field since 2007. I was informed when I first started in this field that the average time for people to stay in the field is two years. I am still in the field because helping others is more than a career choice for me, it is my passion in life. Helping others is a personal goal of mine. I look forward to the opportunity. I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I have worked with families, couples, children, adolescents and teens, from various cultures and backgrounds. Each case and each client is unique in their way and each client is important.
My particular areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling and family counseling. I refer to myself as a "simple-minded therapist" which means we will explore simple ways to address the presenting concerns because many times the solutions are so simple they can be easily overlooked. I am a firm believer that holding a conversation is more productive than expounding on theoretical approaches.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps individuals and couples heal, grow, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported, while also gently challenged to move toward meaningful change.
Frank Lloyd Wright once said, “I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen.” This belief grounds my work. I bring both clinical expertise and real-life experience into our sessions, offering practical tools, insight, and steady support. Let’s move forward together.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey that involves empathically listening without judgment. I use a variety of methods that are personally tailored approach for each client and situation. As a therapist, I am empathetic, supportive , and straightforward. I consider myself an open minded therapist who uses learned skills, experience, and sense of humor to offer logical and realistic approach to counseling. In addition to therapy, I offer evaluations and documentation for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) when clinically appropriate. ESA letters can help individuals with mental health challenges access the support they need from their animal companions. ESA letters are issued after a thorough assessment to ensure they meet ethical and legal standards. If you’re considering an ESA, feel free to discuss this during your session. I also understand that mental health symptoms can impact school, testing, or work performance. I provide support and documentation for accommodations (such as extended test time, modified environments, or school/workplace supports) to help clients demonstrate their true ability, when clinically appropriate and not after a single session.

I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach. While uncomfortable feelings might be a commonality (especially in today's world), I believe we are all individuals who learn, experience, and react to situations differently. One thing I know for sure, if everything was going "great" chances are you would not be reading this bio right now. BRAVO to you for taking this monumental step and investing in yourself!!!
Hi, I'm Masha Andreoni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 14+ years of professional/educational experience and 49+ years of lived experience. A majority of my work experience has been spent working with Veterans and Active Duty Reservists focusing on post deployment issues, substance use/abuse, and military sexual trauma. Today, I work with individuals/groups/families within a multitude of populations.
Most importantly, I do not believe that individuals fit snuggly into a particular mental health "box." For example, if diagnosed with PTSD... there is a good chance that anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present. If struggling with addictions...anxiety, depression insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present (you get it). My focus/goal is to understand where you are coming from, what you hope to achieve, avoid making any particular judgements/labels, and work together as we embrace this journey of solution focused change and betterment.
While I can take the time to tell you how my approach is warm, motivating, understanding, open....in the end, this is for you to decide. I can however assure you that regardless of diplomas achieved, I never stop pursuing education in this ever-changing field/world. I am here to be of service. With me comes my personality, knowledge, humor (when appropriate), and respect! Truly looking forward to working with you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida with over 25 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients facing a wide range of challenges, and I understand that each person’s journey is unique. I work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, relationships, communication, and life transitions.
My name is Romy Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with mental health and substance abuse struggles. I also provided Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and their families who were living in homeless shelters and were in the court system. I have also worked with women with Post-Partum depression and struggling with substance abuse. Two of the modalities that I work with are Brainspotting and EMDR. Brainspotting focuses on identifying specific eye positions (“brainspots”) that connect to unprocessed material in the brain. By maintaining focused attention on these spots, clients are able to access, process, and resolve underlying issues at a deeper neurological level. This approach is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, allowing for profound healing in a safe, attuned, and client-centered space. I also specialize in EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide clients through structured phases that use bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences. This allows painful memories to lose their intensity and supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs. EMDR is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, offering deep and lasting relief in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.

Hi, I’m Cinthya! I'm a Florida-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker working exclusively with adults ages 18+ for individual therapy. I do not work with minors, couples, or families at this time.
In order to give you a glimpse of who I am and if we are a good fit, here are some of the points I believe in and stress with my clients:
1. Perfectionism doesn’t exist.
2. You’re stronger and more resilient than you think.
3. No one knows your life like you do. Only you know your truth.
4. Everyone can reach their goals and find the peace they deserve.
5. It takes courage to admit we need help and seek it.
6. Change starts with awareness.
7. There are many ways to see the same situation—challenge your perspective.
8. It’s okay to make mistakes. You’re human and that is a part of life.
9. Emotions are valid, even if they seem "wrong." What matters is how you respond.
10. Your worth is not determine by your productivity and/or how much you do for others.
You are deserving of love and respect.
With all of that said, my job is not to tell you how to live your life—I’m here to help you overcome your challenges while gaining a greater understanding of yourself.
Hi, I’m Brooke. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. Many of my clients are high-achieving, insightful, and driven, yet at times feel stuck, disconnected, unsure of their next step, or think therapy is not for them. Others see me because their usual coping skills aren’t working anymore, and deep down, you know something has to change. I help you find relief, clarity, and peace, whether therapy is new to you or you've tried before and felt it didn’t help.
Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing, despite feeling worried or unsure, perhaps even hopeful, despite misgivings. Choosing to change is difficult, and you are doing it!! With 26 years of practice, I bring professional expertise, personal understanding, sincerity, warmth and caring to your healing journey. Whether you’re navigating life solo or in a relationship, unresolved childhood trauma can quietly shape your patterns, reactions, and relationships. I help individuals and couples uncover those early wounds and start healing—through psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Because healing isn’t just talk; it’s nervous system deep. The body keeps the score, but you get to rewrite the story. Let’s create the life you were always meant to live. Not all therapies or therapists are created equal, as you know if you are still struggling with the same issues. Time for a change.
If you want to feel better about yourself, confident, excited about life, build healthier relationships, and become your best self, welcome to creating your best life. Together, we'll integrate Mind/Body/Spirit approaches with classical therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique needs.

Hello, I’m Sharon Salichs, a Spanish speaking Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My approach is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can openly process your emotions without fear of judgment. Hi, I’m Alley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Infant Mental Health Endorsed Clinician dedicated to supporting women through the many emotional seasons of their lives. My work is rooted in the belief that women deserve spaces where their experiences are honored, their identities are supported, and their inner worlds are understood with compassion.
I began my career working alongside mothers navigating addiction—a role that deeply shaped my trauma-informed, relational approach. Over time, I expanded my training to better support women throughout the reproductive and early parenting years. I am a Circle of Security Facilitator and am currently completing my Infant Mental Health Endorsement, allowing me to support women and families at the intersection of emotional well-being, attachment, and early relational health.
Today, I work with women navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, reproductive and perinatal challenges, relationship stress, and the everyday weight of being needed in so many ways. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, struggling with infertility, moving through burnout, facing a loss, exploring who you are, or longing for more stability and connection, I offer a warm, grounded space to slow down and make sense of whatever you’re facing.
Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 28 years of counseling experience in clinical, private and educational settings. I practice Client-centered therapy. For those who are unfamiliar with Client-centered therapy it is based on the practice that the CLIENT is best able to decide what to explore and mark as a goal of treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason any individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve; not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build a rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I believe in relationships. Seems a little elementary but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness is dependent on relations that we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family is, and/or social circle we were all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I witnessed this to be true in all of my clients as with myself.
I currently reside Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. As a family we enjoy an active lifestyle supportive of one another and the family dynamic.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, offering a warm, direct, and collaborative approach that supports clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges. My goal is to create a safe and affirming space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My name is Mary Vaughan and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida. I have been in the mental health business for 35+ years. I love my work and that is the reason have stayed in it as long as I have. I am a military brat and I have moved around in Europe and many states.
Before I begin to work with a client, I tell them some of my background. It is my opinion the client should know something about his/her counselor before we begin our work.
I have had very successful results working with people who suffer from some kind of abuse ( either in childhood or as a young adult.) If abuse has occurred at most any age, the individual may come to me and tell me that they are experincing stress, depression, anxiety and/or panic attacks.
Before beginning counseling, I inform the client that we will have a questioning and answer process. This allows the client and me to get to know each other a little better. Based on the information I gather about my client, we discuss what the client wants from their sessions. The individual and I work together as a team. In this process, the client gains a sense of self-esteem and a sense of control over their lives going forward in the future.
Finding the right "fit" of counselor and client is key to a successful experience for the client. After the counselor gives the client some unique coping skills, the counselor asks the client if these skills might work for them. These coping skills are "Fluid" and can be modified and changed as we proceed in the counseling process.

Hi there,
I'm Jenny, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I am a passionate personality, trauma informed, and hope to bring warmth and authenticity to our sessions. My goal is to help you build your life-worth-living. I am ready to meet you where you are and work together to cultivate your dreams.
Are you having a difficult time getting through your day because your mind is wondering or you feel so down that you do not have any motivation? Do you feel confused because your mood is up and down?
It may seem that it is never going to stop and I will always have these issues but I want you to know there is help out there and I can help you learn what it is that you are going through and teach you skills that help manage the feelings so you have more great days than low days. I will add some humor into our sessions because sometimes our emotions get to be too much and we need to just laugh once in a while.
I love mixing different therapies because therapy techniques are not cookie cutter and one technique may work for one person but not another person. We will find what works best for you.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the concerns you have that are holding you back. Let's work together.
