I’m a therapist who help people and couples when life feels really hard. Most of the people I work with are men and women in relationships with each other. Many come to me when they’re feeling hurt, lost, or scared their relationship might fall apart. If you and your partner are fighting all the time, feeling distant, or just can’t seem to fix things, I want you to know you’re not alone-and things can get better.
Even though I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I work with all kinds of people. I have a lot of experience helping men and women who are married or dating each other, as well as people from different backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ folks.
My way of helping is gentle, caring, and never judgmental. When you’re stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed, I help you slow down, breathe, and see what’s really going on. We’ll talk through your worries and pain, and I’ll give you tools you can use right away to feel calm and in control. My approach helps couples talk without yelling, listen without shutting down, and start feeling close again-even when things seem hopeless.
I also help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling different from others. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and less alone. Together, we’ll find ways to ease your stress and bring back hope.
If you feel like you’re at the end of your rope, or just want someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for you. We’ll work together to heal old wounds and help you feel stronger-both as a person and as a couple.
If you’re ready to feel better, let’s talk.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I use a Mindfulness-Based Awareness practice and a participatory approach - to create solutions.
As a client commits themselves to the process, they can expect increased awareness and see themselves and their issues more clearly. This awareness oftentimes brings with it a heightened ability to solve issues that are creating roadblocks.

Our life path is full of ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns. We learn to develop a way of coping whether it is a positive or negative method to help deal with stressors or adapt to change. However, the majority of the time, we fall back on what we are accustomed to when dealing with a stressful situation or unexpected change; such as becoming confused, frustrated, emotional, withdrawing, angry, combative, or ignoring the situation and hoping the situation will just magically disappear or be resolved. Sometimes we need assistance to develop positive coping skills to deal with an unexpected changes or stressful situations.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to overcome numerous challenges. Besides treating many mental health conditions, I have specialized training in treating anxiety, career, conflict, depression, grief, self-esteem, anger management, behavior issues, stress, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorder. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, and Strength-based therapy. I encourage collaboration from you when designing a treatment plan to ensure it is implemented properly and to increase the potential for a successful outcome.
Your well-being is my priority, and I am looking forward to helping you meet your goal.

Hello!
I'm Jim, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Florida and Connecticut. I'd like to support you in building the life you imagine!
Life can be happy, joyous, and fulfilling. However, life can also be challenging at times. Challenges may involve external situations which we're currently facing, they may be internal struggles involving our feelings and thoughts, or both. During these challenging times, it is often beneficial to work with an empathetic, supportive, and knowledgeable therapist who will assist you in taking the steps necessary to deal with such challenges effectively and move forward with your life.
I have 14 years of experience as a therapist working with adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with a variety of issues. I have worked as a therapist in a nonprofit outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment agency, treating clients with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. As a primary therapist in an inpatient substance abuse treatment facility, I have supported clients as they begin their journeys of sobriety and recovery. I have also assisted patients and family members facing end-of-life issues as a home hospice social worker.
Are you experiencing frustration, confusion or turmoil in your life? Even to the point where you see no sense of direction while trying to navigate through life? At times, this can be overwhelming for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, including other mental health disorders. Hi! My name is Stephaney and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with almost a decade of experience in treating adults and adolescents for various mental health challenges and co-occurring diagnoses.
I was inspired to become a therapist by my unique experience migrating to the United States at the age of 13 and attending middle school which was very challenging for me. Culture shock became my reality and one that would eventually lead me to “Severe anxiety.” Even with a very strong family support system, I felt alone and trapped by my own inner fears and self-defeating thoughts. Constant worry and fear of being bullied by my peers became my everyday experience.
Through all these obstacles, I was able to process my feelings and experiences with my faith in Jesus Christ, supportive family, and a few good friends. To this extent, I have come to recognize the benefits of a strong support system and the need for social and relational connection.
As a mental health counselor, I’m privileged to be a part of that support system for many people. I work with my clients to connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, all while providing sound strategies to promote healthier thought processes. I believe that every human being deserves a chance to be heard and understood, and therapy has taught me that as human beings, we are more alike than different. So as your therapist, I’m excited to be a listening ear for you and help guide you toward your goals.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida, I enjoy working with my clients while building their self-esteem and helping them in navigating life transitions. Some of these life transitions my clients may find themselves navigating is life after high school, life during and after college, deciding on a career, or even working through relationships with others and themselves. In addition, I enjoy working with my clients to learn how to cope and manage stress and anxiety. Through my years as a marriage and family therapist, I have learned and utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools and implement them when working with my clients to cope with and manage anxiety.
Hello, I’m JJ Beggs, and I’ve been a therapist for over 10 years. My passion lies in helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether that means healing from a major life event, managing ongoing stress, or simply becoming more comfortable in their own skin.
