With nearly 3 decades of experience in medical & mental health settings, I help women, just like you, navigate the quiet (and not-so-quiet) struggles of midlife — including anxiety, emotional burnout, and life transitions. TOO MANY WOMEN feel like they should be able to “handle it all”. The truth? You were never meant to carry so much without support. I created Seaside to provide that space for women to feel SEEN, HEARD, and SUPPORTED — and move forward with practical tools for everyday life. YOUR FIRST SESSION is a chance to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the part of you that has been overlooked. ONLINE THERAPY AT SEASIDE is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to your personal goals so that you can receive the emotional support you need without the stress of traffic, waiting rooms, or taking extra time off. WE'LL SPEND TIME CONNECTING ON what brought you here, what you’re hoping to change or explore, and what challenges you’ve been carrying. We’ll talk through your goals, explore a few supportive strategies, and begin mapping out what healing might look like for you. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you identify thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. At Seaside, I’ll use components of CBT to help you manage anxiety more effectively, reduce negative self-talk, and build more clarity and confidence to cope with stress in everyday life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy helps to create awareness, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. At Seaside, we’ll focus on techniques like breathwork, meditation, and body awareness to help you stay present and manage emotions with clarity. This approach enhances self-awareness, emotional balance, and overall well-being by giving you practical tools to navigate everyday life feeling more grounded, more empowered, and more like yourself again.
Solution-Focused Therapy is a powerful tool to help you discover your strengths and create lasting change. At Seaside, we’ll create a clear, actionable plan with small steps you can complete in your everyday life to build momentum toward positive, sustainable change.
Strength-Based Therapy focuses on what’s right with you—not just what’s wrong. In our sessions, we’ll identify and build on your natural strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom. This empowering approach helps shift the focus from problems to possibilities, allowing you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Integrative Therapy blends components from multiple approaches to create a personalized plan that fits your needs, values, and goals. At Seaside, I’ll present components from therapeutic approaches like CBT, Mindfulness, Mind-Body, and Solution-Focused work to support your emotional wellness.
