As a therapist, I strive to create a non judgmental, safe space for my clients to work through their emotions and difficulties. My specialities include working with individuals struggling with issues related to anxiety, eating disorders, and life changes.

During our time together, my hope is that you will feel empowered to take ownership of your story and of your life. No longer allowing external circumstances to have control over your thoughts and behaviors, but instead having the courage to feel emotions and take control of your behavior and reactions to difficult situations.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I have extensive experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to help my clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am also well versed in Solution Focused Brief Therapy ( SFBT).

I am a firm believer of meeting my clients where they are and of creating an open and welcoming environment where change, awareness, and acceptance can occur.
