Hi, I’m George.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University—but more importantly, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel more understood, less overwhelmed, and more in control of their lives.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2017, and my journey has taken me through a wide range of settings—from private practice to Full Service Partnership (FSP), Assertive Outreach Team (AOT), transitional housing, and community health clinics. Each space has shaped the way I show up as a therapist: grounded, compassionate, and always focused on meeting people where they’re at.
I bring clinical experience, sure-but I also bring a very human approach. Therapy with me isn't about hierarchy or diagnoses. It's collaborative space where you can talk about the hard stuff without judgement, explore what's working (and what's not), and start building a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
In my personal time, I enjoy walking my dog, engaging in video games with my stepson, and immersing myself in the world of sports. Additionally, I am an enthusiastic fan of Lego, Star Wars, and Disney. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you on your journey toward positive change.
I am a licensed therapist in California with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals who are struggling with current life challenges. My expertise is treating Trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR. I started my career working at a PTSD Clinic which became my passion. Over the years I have worked with many populations treating different mental health diagnosis in medical hospitals as a Medical Social Worker and mental health field including In-patient psychiatric Hospitals and Outpatient clinics. I have 22 years of experience treating a wide range of Mental Health Diagnosis including PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Grief.
I am a Christian and Afro-Caribbean mom and forever learner. Psychology and healing deeply excite me. I dipped my toe into psychiatry for the first time as a high school student and am still furthering my education in clinical psychology today. I know there is a greater capacity for healing available to individuals who have always looked inward, fist-fought generational patterns, and still feel stuck in a world that says they need 15 more tasks completed by yesterday. I work to be a safe resting place for people who have moved from therapist to therapist, searching for someone who will truly see them for who they are rather than who the world has tried to mold them into. I desire to fill the Keturah-sized space in that wellness gap. I enjoy working side-by-side with clients to explore areas of possibility, rest, healing, and growth, and then provide the tools to make these things possible.

The goal in psychotherapy is for you to become your own therapist. We would achieve this in a collaborative and strategic manner. There has always been a need to address our emotional well being but until recent times, this topic is more accepted than ever to discuss. Not only do I help people address their problems, but I also aim to help people be self-actualizing.
I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have heard often from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The intention of services provided to present and future clients are to support them in navigating through the pain. The only way out is through. Not above, below, or around the pain but through it. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.
I am not only a therapist but a real person. Everyone struggles with mood and thoughts and sometimes we all need help navigating the intensity of these experiences. I hope to be a guide for you as you walk through whatever challenges are keeping you from moving forward. This process will be challenging and will take work, however if you take away one thing from reading this, it is that you are not alone and there are people out there waiting to offer help.

Hello! I am Jackeline Balarezo- Ruvalcaba. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life. I have 14 years of experience working within the school district, foster system and young and older adults in mental health. I am very passionate in guiding individual to reach their full potentials and empowering them to meeting their goals.
Namaste, my name is Ashwini Gupta and I am Therapist/Intuitive Life Coach specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Vedanta and Mindfulness-based practices. With 20 plus of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I am passionate about empowering my clients to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives truly being in touch with the essence of soul identity.
Using ACT as my primary therapeutic approach, I create a warm and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. ACT combines mindfulness, acceptance, and behavior change strategies to guide clients towards psychological flexibility, allowing them to better handle distress and align their actions with their deeply-held values.
What is ACT?
At its core, ACT is a behavioral therapy: it’s about taking action. But it’s not about just any old action. First, it’s about values-guided action. There’s a big existential component to this model:
**What do you want to stand for in life?
**What really matters, deep in your heart?
**What is the legacy do you want to create for yourself?
ACT gets you in touch with what matters in the big picture: your heart’s deepest desires for who you want to be and what you want to do during your brief time on this planet. You then use these core values to guide, motivate, and inspire behavioral change.
What is Vedanta?
Vedanta is one of the world's oldest philosophies which affirms the oneness of existence and the divinity of the soul. A close look at the word "Vedanta" is revealing: It is the combination of 2 words: "Veda" which means 'knowledge' and "anta" which means 'the goal of'. In this context, knowledge refers to understanding one's own divine nature- meaning and purpose in life.

Somatic, psychodynamic, depth, art, energy psychology, guided imagery, and CBT are some of the therapeutic modalities I apply. I also have extensive experience working with energy therapies and the active imagination.
Because I care deeply about supporting my clients through times of need, the relational guidance and support I maintain helps clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges. I especially connect with those who are struggling to find their way through life transitions and the difficulties encountered along the way. My own life experience informs and gives insight into these struggles, and my open, authentic, and non-judgmental personality helps clients to feel safe and at ease. Building trust and openness is key to my work, and I value each and everyone’s unique story and journey.
I also have a background in the creative and professional arts and this experience gives me a unique insight into supporting those who are creatives. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, where I specialized in the Psychology of Trauma. I support individuals of all ages in processing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, substance use disorder and various patterns of addiction, intimate partner issues, trauma, both current and past involving families and work environments, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

I am a licensed clinical social worker located in the greater Los Angeles area. I work with clients 18 years and older. I have a vast array of knowledge with middle aged and elderly populations. Clients that enter into therapy with me will work to become a version of themselves that helps motivate them to live life in a way that they define as rewarding and productive.
I am a psychotherapist, a meditation teacher, and an amateur naturalist. In my home country, I am licensed to conduct learning disability evaluations. My growing up was first-hand impacted by 3 very different languages and cultures. These cultures informed the style of my relationships and my esthetic preferences. For as long as I can remember, I have been mystified by human memory functioning, first as a scientist, then as a meditator. Having gone a long way from trying to remember everything I deemed worth remembering to a more effortless and drama-free attitude toward memory-creating moments, I am still making sense of what it means to integrate each moment of life as it comes. Approaching this subject experientially and relationally informs who I am as a practitioner and as a person.
If topics like cognitive functioning, memory styles and focus make your curiosity antennas hum, this is a place for you.
My approach to psychotherapy is highly relational and somewhat didactic. I love to explain everything I see and say at every step of the process. With me, you will never experience a blank screen characteristic of traditional psychoanalytic approaches (from which I draw inspiration in the realm of dream interpretation and theory).

Welcome, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 8 years. I enjoy working with patience in achieving their mental health goals. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are a seasoned client, I congratulate you on this next step of your journey.
My goal is to create a safe space for clients to feel heard and understood as they navigate through their journey. I aim to cultivate a warm and inviting environment where they are met with empathy and support while recognizing necessary elements such as change, personal strengths, and radical acceptance.
I have been working in the mental health field since 2009 and completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2013. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals experiencing severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and bipolar disorder. My passion lies in helping youth and adults navigate life transitions and the emotional shifts that often accompany them.
I view therapy as a collaborative space to explore frustration, mood changes, low motivation, anger, and the many complex feelings that emerge during periods of change. My goal is to provide a supportive, grounded environment where clients can deepen insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth.
I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is perforyemed online through telehealth. I see primarily adults and seniors in my practice and while I work mostly withindividuals, I will also see couples when needed.
I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent.
By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers individuals, adults, geriatric populations in a general private practice setting in Texas & California. My practice offers a place where you can feel heard in a supportive, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment. I focus on adult care including women’s issues, career/educational issues, interpersonal communication, self-esteem, anger management, stress management, relationship issues, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I like to do therapy in an “eclectic” manner, drawing on cognitive-behavioral, narrative, spirituality, solution-focused, and others.
I specialize in working with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood swings, anger, addiction, unresolved trauma, or patterns of unhealthy relationships. You may find yourself stuck in cycles that no longer serve you—emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. I understand that asking for help can feel intimidating and deeply vulnerable, and I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to begin that journey. If you’re ready to start breaking those patterns and building something more stable and fulfilling, I invite you to reach out today. We’ll take the next step together.
My name is Dr. Perynn D'Alba and I am a clinical psychologist. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes. These can be big or small, this is your life and your time, I am here to help you figure out what isn't working quite right. I enjoy being creative in my interventions and really figuring out what will work best for you. I use humor where appropriate because it can be an important intervention and give space to dig deeper. I have had various jobs in my life in quite a few different fields but the common thread was that I enjoy empowering others and helping people figure out what they want and how to get that.
I’m Henry Tran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing therapy since 2016. I currently work full-time in a hospital setting, supporting adults dealing with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and stress.
I’ve also worked with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and bring a culturally responsive, inclusive approach to my practice.
My therapeutic style is solution-focused and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
I provide Psychological and Neuropsychological evaluations for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, cognitive decline, dementia (Major/Minor Neurocognitive Disorder), clearance for bariatric surgery, worker's compensation, fitness for work (e.g., security), and other employment requirements.
I also provide psychotherapy for mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and grief. I am an addictions psychologist with experience treating substance and non-substance problems. I also have 13 years of experience treating post-traumatic stress disorder.
Hello, My name is Pavly Abdelmalek and I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT). I enjoy using a variety of different approaches to therapy and I will tailor them according your needs. By focusing on the skills of distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness, we can begin to feel more in control of our day to day responses to stressors. I provide sessions geared towards formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change. It helps you get "unstuck" and back in control!
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients set meaningful, value-driven goals and achieving them. That's why I partner with you to ensure you are empowered to reach your full potential. As you work through life's transitions, I will be there to guide, encourage, and challenge you to push past obstacles and create the life you want.

There comes a moment when you realize the way you have been coping is no longer working, no matter how hard you try to push through. Perhaps you feel stuck in patterns that don't align with the life you want. You want things to feel different in your relationships, your body, your choices, and your day-to-day life. You want to stop escaping, stop overthinking, and feel more connected to yourself, more at peace. You are looking for real change, and you want a therapist who can help you become more confident, more self aware, and ready to truly transform.
Hi, I'm Mattie, a trauma-informed therapist supporting high-functioning adults who are ready for real change. I work with individuals who feel stuck in stress cycles, overthinking, or disconnection despite doing all the “right” things. I help you build emotional clarity, self-trust, and lasting transformation using tools like somatic therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and inner child work.

As a therapist, I am committed to helping you have healthier, more balanced, harmonious lives and relationships. My therapy approach includes traditional and holistic healing techniques that involve mind, body, heart and spirit as well as things unseen.
My years of experience in community mental health include individual, child, couples, co-parenting and family therapy. I am able to relate well to many different cultural, ethnic, socio-economic groups. With an M.A. in transpersonal psychology and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago plus 25 years of corporate experience, I use a broad range of skills to help my clients explore their needs and goals. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, many of my clients have learned mindfulness techniques that enhance their recovery.
All of us need confidential support for different things at times. My job is to compassionately support you in what you need, with your values, to have the life that you want.
I have worked in the social service field for over 15 years as a social worker, clinician and in administration. I enjoy giving, sharing, working in the community, and connecting individuals to essential resources and empowering them towards growth, progress and self-sufficiency.
My hope and objectives are to inspire others to keep going despite life’s challenges and difficult experiences. Considering personal experiences with setbacks and health challenges, obtaining an education and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker was not destined for me, however, it became obtainable and has been a great achievement. My all-time driven mottos are: "If I can, you can” and "carpe diem" seize the day as tomorrow is not promised. Therefore, I strive to reach back and help others thrive and live life full out.
I am inspired by the teachings of Brene Brown who states …” we can have courage or we can have comfort, but we cannot have both…courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” And I remain motivated by the late great Maya Angelou as she declares, “Still I Rise” …. “What you’re supposed to do when you don’t like a thing is change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it” [and] “nothing will work unless you do.”
Hi, I'm Zoe.
If you’ve landed on my page you may be struggling with your relationships, dealing with unresolved issues from the past that keep you feeling stuck and experiencing feelings of stress, hopelessness, burn-out and make you contemplate your worth.
If you relate to any of the above I am here to help! I work with adolescents age 16+, adult individuals & couples. I have a passion in helping those heal from these experiences and build the type of relationships with others and yourself that you desire.
My background is within Attachment-based/Psychodynamic Therapy but I incorporate other modalities such as mindfulness, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment and internal family systems. For couples I am trained in the Gottman approach for couples therapy and use this to guide treatment while incorporating attachment themes.
My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative while also helping to challenge my clients in order to meet their goals.
I’m a bilingual therapist who provides a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Together, we focus on your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, more confident, and connected to yourself and others while navigating life with greater ease.
