I use a bottom up approach with trauma focusing on learning how anxiety feels in the body and how trauma it is stored in our physical body. We work together to define treatment goals incorporating cognitive behavioral and mindfulness strategies while working to understand how traumas have impacted your beliefs. We incorporate CBT, ACT, and EMDR. I work with adults, couples and teens (age 13+) and specialize in anxiety, depression and life transitions. Virtual and in-person appointments are available.
