I use a strengths-based approach when working with individuals, to help them work through current stressors and any unresolved issues that may be hindering them.
I have an additional focus on Men's Issues related to Infidelity, sexual dysfunction, and sex/porn addiction. I also focus on relationship issues, and utilize and attachment-based lenses to identify core attachment style and how navigate attachment needs and wounds. I provide a safe space to work through these issues, while feeling heard without the fear of judgement. We will create meaningful goals with actionable steps, to help get you to where you want to be.
