I also focus on relationship issues, and utilize and attachment-based lenses to identify core attachment style and how navigate attachment needs and wounds. I provide a safe space to work through these issues, while feeling heard without the fear of judgement. We will create meaningful goals with actionable steps, to help get you to where you want to be.
