Growing up in a military community as a student-athlete and bartender, I learned quickly that my passion and love for people would take the lead in picking a career. While receiving my master's degree at the University of Southern California, I concentrated on family and couple dynamics with a focus on military culture. Since becoming licensed in Texas, I have worked in the acute hospital setting with individuals in crisis processing trauma and working through the stages of grief. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy, and task-oriented therapy. I look forward to working with individuals and couples in all different stages of life to help them process, heal, and move forward with proper coping skills to be as successful as possible.
I'm Anabel, a clinical social worker and certified trauma therapist in TX and WA states. I work with people who are really good at holding it all together — until they're not. If you're exhausted in a way that's hard to explain, carrying more than your share, and wondering if this is just what life feels like now — this is the space I built for that. I work with adults who are holding everything together — managing responsibilities, relationships, and internal pressure — while quietly wondering why it all still feels so hard. My practice, Surviving to Thriving, exists for people who are ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life and start actually living it.
My goal is to create a warm, open space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts without fear of judgment. It's completely normal to feel a bit nervous about seeking help. It's not every day that we open up about our deepest fears or worries. But remember, you're not alone in this journey.
Whether you're working through anxiety, self-doubt, or a desire for personal growth, my approach blends evidence-based tools with genuine connection to help you reclaim your story and move forward with confidence.
My aim is to help ease the symptoms, but more importantly, to help you build a solid foundation so you can face life's challenges head-on. The goal of our sessions? To nurture positive change, reduce feelings like anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame, and ultimately help you navigate life with more clarity, peace, and well-being.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience — and a woman who has navigated midlife, reinvention, and the seasons of life that quietly change you. That lived experience shapes every session I offer.
I specialize in working with women who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside — women navigating menopause, identity shifts, heartbreak, dating, and the complicated feeling of standing at a crossroads wondering who they are becoming.
I'm warm and direct. I'll hold space when you need to be heard and gently challenge you when you're ready to grow. Clients tell me they feel safe being real with me from the very first conversation — and that they leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more like themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body practices rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — because healing lives in the body too, not just the mind.
If you've been carrying something alone for too long or simply know that something needs to shift — I'm here. Just come as you are.
As a Psychotherapist, my goal is to provide clients with a safe and supportive space to distort negative thoughts and behaviors and learn new skills to live a more productive life. My therapeutic modality is collaborative based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with my style being Person Centered. With us working together we can build on your strengths that you already possess and gain a renewed sense of purpose.

Additionally I am passionate about what I do, and I love to help others through life challenges. Whether you are in a dark place in your life or have some stumbling blocks, I am eager to help you overcome.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor who works with women, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that come with trying to hold everything together.
Many of my clients are the people others rely on. They're hardworking, responsible, and often look like they're doing just fine from the outside. Internally, though, they may be struggling with overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, or the weight of past experiences that still show up in their everyday lives.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe healing happens when you feel both supported and challenged. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that keep showing up, build tools that actually fit your life, and help you move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

I am here and I am listening. I also am a Pastoral counselor, integrating biblical Christian principles into our therapeutic journey if you choose to do so.
I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy works best when clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where people can show up as they are without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is rooted in connection and collaboration. While I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and nervous-system-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care into my work, I primarily work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I tailor therapy to each individual rather than taking a rigid or one-size-fits-all approach.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, or self-esteem struggles. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning people who are used to carrying a lot internally and are looking for both practical support and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I believe healing often begins with having a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone. My goal is to help clients feel supported while building insight, confidence, emotional resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

I help people manage anxiety and depression. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness and art to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. I graduated from Liberty University with a Masters in Professional Counseling. While I'm not in session I am enjoying my life as a homeschooling mom and wife.
I am an optimist that has worked in the mental health and substance use space since 2007 as both a clinician and music therapist. Most battles are won and lost before they are ever fought because our thoughts drive our feelings and affect our behaviors. The challenge becomes mastering our thought process. Figuring out "who" we are is more useful than "why" we are so important in our journey to overcoming challenges, being resilient and becoming who we want to be. I thoroughly enjoy exploring and cultivating holistic coping strategies and firmly believe everything is better with music and chocolate.
Hi there, I'm David! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in South Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and have been practicing for 8 years. I understand that grief looks different for everyone, and I strive to create a supportive space where you can honor your experiences, find hope, and heal at your own pace.
I believe that lasting change comes from recognizing your strengths while developing new ways to overcome life's challenges. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based interventions that empower you to move toward the life you want.

Finding the right therapist can be a journey in itself and connecting with your therapist is imperative. I offer services for depression, grief, anxiety, stress, career & workplace difficulties, women's issues, postpartum anxiety, anger management, and coping with life changes. Nutrition is also a key player in some mental wellness issues and I feel is very important to assess. My approach provides empathy, engaged listening and behavior change support as part of my therapy style. I am licensed in both Iowa (MHC License 123416) & Texas (LPC 62282) as a counselor. I look forward to supporting you.
Hello. Thank you for considering me!
You are, above all things, a human being and to be human is a wild experience. I think most of us are doing the best we can with what we have to work with, and you should be proud of yourself for your willingness to learn more. I see therapy as a process that organically unfolds towards deeper understanding and acceptance of who we are and what life is; from here we can shift how we relate to ourselves and life. My approach is grounded in humanistic, dynamic and holistic therapies. I often focus on the impacts of previous experiences, particularly childhood as early experiences set the foundation we use to navigate our lives.
