Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I am a U.S Army veteran who has a passion for helping people who find themselves facing challenging moments and/or situations. I received my Masters from the Dallas Baptist University and have been practicing for 3 years. I help clients who struggle with anger management, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges effectively address these areas and move past challenges therein.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then transition into specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create an adequate plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being a military veteran and having worked with persons from various backgrounds, I've developed a strategy which helps you view situations thoroughly, identify causes of your current challenges, and create plans which lead to measurable progression.
