I love working with people who are ready to make a positive change in their lives! There's nothing more exciting than personal transformation through determined, positive change! See you soon!

Una de las razones es porque nos inspira esperanza, en mi opinion, todos nos podemos identificar con "el candidato a perder" de vez en cuando. Hello Friend! Welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my own thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards I uphold with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of the box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it with a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life may experience a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', or even anxiousness, fatigue, sadness; as if our unique threshold is completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though, with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold to what feels comfortable, interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and leaves us in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
My journey began as a young child whose home was a host of struggles. I have personal insight into what we all experience. Inspired by a helper, I became a psychotherapist, worked in clinical setting, garnered a vast amount of knowledge which helps me to specialize using various modalities of treatment. As a psychotherapist, I hold a high standard for myself and clients, which includes helping those dealing w/depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, chronic health and other issues.
Together, we'll identify what's not working, find solutions you may use to form goals without rescripting your life. Respectfully, Monica Pina

I received my education and training in understanding behavioral, emotional, learning and psychological disorders, as well as professional school counseling and mental health counseling from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling from Amberton University and have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years. Therapeutic focus involves helping my clients identify their current struggles, obstacles & any negative thinking/behavior patterns that are keeping them stuck. I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy works best when clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where people can show up as they are without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is rooted in connection and collaboration. While I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and nervous-system-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care into my work, I primarily work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I tailor therapy to each individual rather than taking a rigid or one-size-fits-all approach.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, or self-esteem struggles. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning people who are used to carrying a lot internally and are looking for both practical support and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I believe healing often begins with having a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone. My goal is to help clients feel supported while building insight, confidence, emotional resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

My professional journey began in education—I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Houston Christian University (formerly HBU) and spent over a decade teaching in both public and private schools. Hi there ! As a former educator, I’ve always been passionate about helping others grow, discover their potential, and build confidence in their own abilities. Transitioning into the field of mental health as a social worker , I continue that same mission supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges of life. I believe everyone has unique inner strengths, and my goal is to help you uncover and enhance those strengths . I use evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution -Focused brief therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and Narrative therapy to support meaningful growth and progress.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy the simple joys of spending time with my dogs. They remind me daily of the importance of connection, balance, and play. I look forward to working with you as you move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist I have particular experience and training in understanding individuals in the context of their relationships, families, and social identities. Sometimes our distress isn't just about what we're doing or not doing. Oftentimes, it's about how we move through the world in our social identities and how the world perceives and interacts with us so I want you to be able to talk about that in therapy.
I can relate and find it meaningful to work with individuals suffering from anxiety. Anxiety can be crippling and paralyzing, causing us to overthink which can get in the way of so many things in life from accomplishing goals, trying new things, socializing, sleeping or even smaller things that add up until you're overwhelmed with them, like answering the phone or checking your mail.
If you're feeling misunderstood, like you can't be yourself, anxious, worried, or trapped in repeating patterns that are causing you pain, I will join you where you are and we can work together to help you create a secure sense of self, and restore and improve relationships.
Hello! Are you the “I’m fine”-sayer, who is actually struggling? My name is Heather, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping individuals who appear strong on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I use evidence-based techniques while meeting each person where they are, helping individuals build confidence, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop the tools they need to move forward with hope. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or navigating difficult relationship issues, please know that you do not have to face these challenges alone.
I am empathetic and create a safe space for individuals to feel safe, heard, and heal. Clients tell me I am easy to talk to and a good listener - and they leave sessions feeling better, clearer, and hopeful of their situation.

Clients shouldn't have to be in therapy forever! Together, we'll co-create a balanced approach combining active listening with practical techniques, helping you reclaim your narrative and overcome obstacles. My clinical and holistic approach aims for deeper alignment and fulfillment—think more water, less soda.
As an LCSW, I'm trained in EMDR, certified in Theta Healing, Reiki, Transformational Life Coaching, and Therapeutic Touch, and am a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore your wants, needs, and emotions. You know yourself best, and our work is about uncovering your truths rather than imposing mine.
Together, we'll determine the tools and approaches that best suit your needs, ensuring you feel heard, validated, and empowered. The goal is to help you confidently manage challenges independently over time. We'll walk side-by-side, with you gradually taking the lead and me offering steady support. If you have pressing concerns, those always take precedence.
Our sessions focus on understanding HOW you think, not just WHAT you think, exploring both conscious and unconscious beliefs and emotions. You'll leave with clear, actionable steps, such as mindfulness exercises, creative writing prompts, meditation, and breathwork techniques to regulate emotions and reclaim your narrative.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's "broken" but enhancing alignment and fulfillment while overcoming obstacles. By focusing on your goals and measuring progress, we can eliminate stigma, leaving shame behind and empowering you toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My career has taken me through many roles—serving on community mental health boards, directing psychiatric residential programs, and leading clinical teams—all with one goal: to support people in living fuller, healthier, and more connected lives.
Since stepping back from full-time leadership roles, I’ve shifted my focus to what I value most—working directly with clients through my online therapy practice. I specialize in supporting young and middle-aged adults, couples, and parents who are facing life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, addictive habits, or a sense of feeling stuck.
My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of the emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take it alone. If you’re ready to begin creating positive changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to explore my website and see how we might work together.
Hi, I'm Attalie. Have you forgotten to take care of yourself? Do you often wonder what it would take to feel some sense of balance in your life again? We are faced with challenges and changes in life constantly. Making adjustments to pivot to meet the expectations of those changes often leads to feelings of overwhelm, disappointment, frustrations and a sense of depletion with no time to care for self. If you often escape, avoid, procrastinate or for that matter take on everyone else's issues except your own sense of wellness and health I am here to help empower you to develop and access your own inner resources and move toward self actualization and personal growth.
I look at mental health in a wholistic sense. I mix mindfulness and decades of experience in fitness to help you find what works for you to live your best balanced life and find the fulfillment you need to step into the alignment of your purpose. Developing a strong relationship with self; defining your boundaries, recognizing your value systems and how they pertain to your way of being in this messy world are the staples to grounding yourself mentally.
You are enough, you are deserving, and whatever you are dealing with now I'll meet you there. Let's work together to find tools that are intrinsically yours and get to a better you, so that each day is met with a sense of balance and well being despite the stressors in life.
Greetings!
My name is Alexis, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have 4 years of experience in the mental health field, including community, correctional, inpatient, and residential settings.
As a mental health therapist, I primarily work with young adults/adults navigating intrapersonal and interpersonal challenges, seeking a therapeutic space to address life transitions as they come. I'm committed to serving the BIPOC community, queer individuals, and men and women with the use of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
My therapeutic specialties include addressing experiences with anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief/loss, life transitions (expected and unexpected), racial identity/disparities, relationship issues, and stress management.
As your Grow therapist, I'm committed to providing a healthy, interactive therapeutic space grounded in compassion, empathy, reassurance, and a bit of humor from time to time. My focus is working with clients in individual settings to cultivate the desire to improve oneself and life experiences.
I am here for you. My name is Dr. Jay Rhodes, and I am a board-certified, a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in Maryland, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S) and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Oklahoma and Texas, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-S) in Florida.
I have extensive education, experience, and expertise in various fields of counseling, ministry, and human relations. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures in various settings, such as military bases, combat zones, hospitals, schools, embassies, consulates, and nonprofit homeless ministries. I taught Marriage & Family Therapy (Trauma, Grief, and Counseling Theory) at the graduate level and provide clinical supervision for Texas A&M-Central Texas.
I have a passion for helping individuals find healing, growth, and transformation in their lives. I have helped individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and groups deal with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, anger, traumatic stress, and relationships. I have helped others; I can help you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. My professional background includes private practice, school-based mental health services, residential treatment, chemical dependency counseling, hospice, and home health. These experiences have strengthened my ability to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, family stress, major life transitions, and other complex challenges.
For the past six years, I have worked in public school settings, primarily supporting students receiving special education services. In this role, I helped children, families, and school teams better understand the “why” behind behavior, develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create practical supports that can be used at school, at home, and in the community.
I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, selective mutism, trauma-related concerns, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, and behavioral challenges. I also understand the stress that parents and caregivers may experience while trying to support a child with emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I work to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we identify patterns, build useful coping and communication skills, and develop realistic strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
