Hi, I’m Deebra Jennings, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and Executive Therapeutic Coach who is passionate about helping women and men heal from relational wounds, strengthen self-worth, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I believe that many of the challenges people experience in their personal and professional lives are rooted in patterns developed through past experiences, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we work to uncover those patterns, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, reflective, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and supported while also being thoughtfully challenged to grow. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices with coaching strategies to help clients navigate emotional barriers, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and align their actions with their values and goals.
In my work as an Executive Therapeutic Coach, I support professionals, leaders, and high-achieving individuals who may be managing stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, relationship challenges, or major life and career transitions. I help clients develop greater emotional intelligence, resilience, confidence, and clarity so they can lead and live more authentically.
Whether you are seeking healing from past wounds, navigating a difficult season, improving relationships, or pursuing personal and professional growth, I am committed to walking alongside you. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight, build on your strengths, and create the lasting changes necessary to live with greater balance, purpose, connection, and well-being.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of childhood wounds, anxiety, and life's most challenging transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to be vulnerable.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic relationship. My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion frameworks — with a deep respect for each client's cultural background, lived experience, and unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they actually need.
Much of my work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences — such as emotional neglect, conditional love, abandonment, and shame — continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. I also have a dedicated focus on men's mental health, providing a space where men can move beyond cultural expectations of silence and strength to reconnect with their emotional lives in meaningful ways.

My goal is not just symptom relief — it is lasting, meaningful change that reflects who you truly are and who you are becoming.
I believe in not just giving ok treatment, but the best available. That’s why I love matching your needs with the best type of therapy that’s also backed up with research to definitely be able to help you. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful goals that fit your unique needs.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Seeking Safety, while tailoring treatment to what works best for you.
Much of my career has been dedicated to supporting Veterans and others facing life’s most difficult challenges. Whether you’re working through the effects of trauma, grieving a loss, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, you don’t have to face it alone.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, resilience, and lasting positive change.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Missed initial intake appointments incur a $100 no-show fee. I believe that compassion and self-love are powerful tools that allow us to overcome life’s challenges and mental health struggles. By fostering a nonjudgmental and understanding environment, we can acknowledge that perfection is not the goal—growth is. Each person is unique, processing experiences in their own way and at their own pace. Through patience, collaboration, and consistency, we can achieve meaningful goals and build resilience together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help others just as I was once helped. My personal journey—marked by life experiences, challenges, and both right and wrong choices—has guided me toward the most rewarding profession: supporting others in their healing.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to help you discover your strength, resilience, and potential for growth.

Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of Texas and Tennessee with 30 years of counseling and ministry experience. I began as a minister of the Gospel in the Southern Baptist tradition in 1993 working with the homeless to overcome the struggles of addiction and hopelessness in North Carolina and Tennessee. From there, I became a case manager in a rural oupatient behavioral health clinic helping the chronically mentally ill live independently outside of the institutional settings. As my family of five children grew, my wife encouraged me to join the military in 2007 and for the next 13 years we served alongside our Soldiers and their Families as a chaplain. There, I learned through experience how to work through the stress of multiple transitions, the unyeilding demands for time and energy, and the unjust nature of toxic environments. I learned how to support those who wanted to strengthen themselves and their relationships in these environments and to ultimately be at peace with who they are and who they want to be.
As I have matured in my training and become licensed in marriage and family therapy, I have found that I now specialize in using Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify their strengths and the beliefs that are guiding their behavior. With this knowledge, people can begin to choose who they want to be.
Healing begins when you have a safe place to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover new ways forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with their own wellbeing.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to gain insight into how past experiences influence their current relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Whether you are struggling with difficult family dynamics, people-pleasing, boundary setting, self-confidence, chronic stress, or navigating a significant life change, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.
