LCSW, 17 years of experience
I get it—you’re feeling weary. The constant people-pleasing, overthinking, and performing have become too much. You’ve realized that you’re meeting everyone else’s expectations while losing touch with your own voice. Maybe your needs have gone unmet for so long that you’re not even sure what you need anymore. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed in your relationships, struggling with boundaries, or burnt out from years of putting others first, therapy is a space to finally focus on you. As your therapist, my goal is to help you reduce stress, build self-esteem, and develop coping skills that support your mental and emotional well-being. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll work on strengthening your resilience, improving your relationships, and finding a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—your story, your experiences, and what feels most important right now. As I learn more about what has brought you to therapy, we’ll begin identifying your goals together. This helps me create a personalized plan that supports our collaborative work and sets the foundation for meaningful progress.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a safe, supportive space where you can process, reflect, and simply be yourself. I strive to offer a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to show up authentically—without judgment or pressure. From that foundation of trust, we can do the meaningful work of healing, growth, and lasting change.
I specialize in supporting women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or burnout, especially during major life transitions such as motherhood, navigating difficult workplaces, or going through divorce or separation. My work often involves helping women heal from childhood trauma, explore shifting beliefs around faith or politics, and break free from unhealthy relationship patterns. I’m especially passionate about walking alongside women as they rebuild self-worth, strengthen boundaries, and learn to trust themselves again.
In my work, I use an eclectic and collaborative approach to treatment. My goal is to provide space for you to process and reflect while learning new skills. I have training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing and I'm a TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) practitioner, which helps me use a trauma informed lens in my practice.
I operate from a strengths perspective. My goal is to help you utilize skills and tools you already possess as we add additional tools to your toolbox.
