Hello, my name is Erin Prindiville. I have been in the mental health field for 15 years. I've worked in many different settings and with different populations. I've always enjoyed working with people and learning new things daily. When I am not meeting with clients, I spend time with my family and friends, especially my 2 German Shepherds. Hello, I’m Tomika, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervisory designation. I offer telehealth therapy services to individuals and families across all age groups, with flexible appointments including evenings and weekends. My areas of expertise include trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), both of which have proven effective for my clients. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in creating meaningful change. Through ACT, I help clients reduce the struggle with difficult thoughts and emotions, normalize discomfort, build mindfulness skills, clarify values, and take action toward what matters most. With CBT, I assist clients in recognizing the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while challenging unhelpful patterns and building healthier ones. Using DBT, I focus on helping clients regulate emotions, manage distress, and improve relationships through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In my work with couples, I emphasize effective communication, rebuilding trust, and understanding one another’s needs to determine whether and how to move forward in their relationship. My therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe therapy is collaborative and focus on empowering clients to enact positive change, develop practical skills, and achieve personal growth. Each session is designed to leave you with tools to support your journey toward peace of mind, balance, and fulfillment. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a life transition, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Furthermore, my specialized training as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate enables me to apply a rigorous, systematic framework to unravel complex behavioral patterns and addiction, offering clients both an empathetic space and a clear, structured roadmap for sustainable recovery."

Hello, I am Chrissy Dingledine. I was born and raised in Ohio and in the past few years I moved to North Carolina. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Master's in Social Work in 2012. I am currently independently licensed in Ohio and North Carolina. I have had a range of experience from providing crisis and solution focused treatment in a jail setting, providing holistic and solution focused treatment in a medical clinic, and providing care to adolescents in the school setting. Each setting has helped me grow as a provider and a person. One commonality from each experience is that we are all human and we all need support throughout our lives, and there is no shame in this. I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. I want you to feel supported, seen and heard as you share personal details of your life. Together, we will work on finding ways to improve your well-being so you feel more confident in your lifestyle.

Hey there! :) I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory distinction (LISW-S) based in central Ohio. I earned my MSW from The Ohio State University and have spent the past decade doing what I love most—helping people heal, grow, and thrive. My journey began as a trauma specialist working with children in Treatment Foster Care and adoption in inner-city Columbus. At the same time, I supported children, young adults, and families in Worthington, Ohio, helping them find balance and connection in their daily lives. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting parents—especially those navigating the emotional waves of infertility, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and the beautifully complex world of parenting. These experiences sparked a deep commitment to working with women to identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and step fully into their potential. I find so much joy in connecting with people from all walks of life, and I've had the privilege of working in urban, suburban, and rural communities. My current practice—and my roots—are in the beautiful Appalachian foothills of Ohio. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud animal lover, plant enthusiast, and people-person through and through. I believe in the power of humor, honesty, and human connection—and I’m here to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey.

I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks how that makes you feel. That’s not what most men need, especially when it feels like it’s falling apart. I work with men who are overwhelmed, burned out, or angry and don’t know why. Men who feel stuck in their heads, disconnected from the people they love, or like they’re always one step away from snapping. Some are facing divorce. Others are trying to be better dads, partners, or sons, but they often feel like they’re failing. Many were pushed into therapy by someone who cares about them. Almost all of them stay once they realize it helps. My approach is practical, honest, and built for the real world. I use tools from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, plus a good dose of common sense to help you understand what’s going on and actually do something about it. No psychobabble. No lectures. Just straight talk and strategies that work. If you're tired of feeling angry, lost, or numb, it's going to be okay. You're not broken, and you're not alone. This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about finding your footing and getting back to who you were before life got so heavy.

I’m Jessica Johnson, an independently licensed therapist for both mental health and substance use for over a decade. I believe everyone deserves grace for where they are and support to grow to where they want to be. I can help you untangle difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences to improve your well-being, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and more. As a solution-focused therapist, I will encourage you to embrace ideas and opportunities and will provide a trusting environment as you do so. I support a harm-reduction approach for substance use disorder, understanding that growth is incremental and not everyone is ready for complete abstinence. Taking care of yourself is important and you don't have to do it alone.

My name is Darcy Smith, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in the state of Ohio. I’m from Southern Ohio, and this community has been home for most of my life. I’ve raised my two sons here, who are now 19 and 6, and being able to serve the people and communities I know and love is something I’m genuinely grateful for. My journey in the helping profession began about 16 years ago, when I started working as a Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist at a short-term substance use treatment facility in West Virginia. That experience sparked a passion for understanding people, their stories, and the things that shape the way we move through the world. I went on to earn an Associate in Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in Social Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University. I then spent seven years working at a local community mental health agency, where I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, diagnoses, and levels of care. While working in the field, I earned my Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development with an emphasis in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University in Kentucky. Over the years, those experiences shaped not only the therapist I wanted to become, but also the kind of space I wanted to create for the people I serve. Eventually, that vision became Soul Oasis Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, where I’m honored to be the owner and primary therapist. I’m grateful to continue doing work I genuinely love and to have the opportunity to walk alongside people as they navigate some of life’s hardest, most confusing, and sometimes most meaningful moments.

My clinical practice is shaped not only by years of professional experience but also by my personal journey. I obtained my Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of populations and communities—from providing counseling and case management, to supporting individuals who are HIV-positive or newly diagnosed, to working with homeless families, and offering emotional support to dialysis patients and others navigating medical conditions. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, and groups working through challenges such as communication issues, trauma, self‑esteem, anxiety, and major life adjustments. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to grow at their own pace.
