New to Grow
I’m a trauma‑informed LPCC with over 10 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life stressors. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence‑based care. I’m CAMS‑trained and certified in psychedelic‑assisted therapy, offering compassionate, culturally responsive support to help you understand your patterns, build emotional clarity, and feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, your goals, and what you need to feel safe in therapy. I keep things warm and conversational so you can settle in, breathe, and start exploring what you want to work on.
I guide clients in setting goals that feel safe, realistic, and aligned with their values. We move at your pace, using trauma‑informed strategies to build skills and insight. I offer steady support, gentle accountability, and a clear plan to help you reach the changes you’re seeking.
I work best with adults who are ready to explore their inner world and make meaningful changes. Many of my clients struggle with overwhelm, self‑doubt, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions. They’re seeking a space where they can feel understood, slow down, and reconnect with themselves. My ideal clients want to build self‑trust, strengthen boundaries, and create relationships and routines that feel healthier and more aligned with who they truly are.
