Hey there! :) I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory distinction (LISW-S) based in central Ohio. I earned my MSW from The Ohio State University and have spent the past decade doing what I love most—helping people heal, grow, and thrive. My journey began as a trauma specialist working with children in Treatment Foster Care and adoption in inner-city Columbus. At the same time, I supported children, young adults, and families in Worthington, Ohio, helping them find balance and connection in their daily lives. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting parents—especially those navigating the emotional waves of infertility, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and the beautifully complex world of parenting. These experiences sparked a deep commitment to working with women to identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and step fully into their potential. I find so much joy in connecting with people from all walks of life, and I've had the privilege of working in urban, suburban, and rural communities. My current practice—and my roots—are in the beautiful Appalachian foothills of Ohio. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud animal lover, plant enthusiast, and people-person through and through. I believe in the power of humor, honesty, and human connection—and I’m here to walk alongside you, wherever you are in your journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

From our first session, I want to create a safe, welcoming space where we can begin to explore what’s most important to you. We'll talk about your goals and the areas you'd like to see growth or change. I’m deeply interested in understanding what has shaped you and brought you to this point in your life. Together, we’ll explore what’s worked for you in the past, what hasn’t, and how we can build on the strengths you already have—often strengths you might not even realize are there. Above all, my priority is to really get to know you, so that we can collaborate and create a treatment plan that feels tailored to your unique needs, goals, and the life you want to lead. This is your journey, and I’m here to help you take the next steps with clarity, confidence, and support.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to truly listen and make clients feel heard and validated. I know how important it is to have a space where you can be yourself without judgment. But it doesn’t stop there—I also help clients recognize the barriers and limitations they may be unknowingly placing on themselves, and I gently guide them toward breaking through those obstacles. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, learning and applying diverse treatment modalities to meet each person where they are. Through this journey, I've honed my skills to not just support, but to empower my clients to take the necessary steps to create real, lasting change and achieve their goals. My approach is equal parts compassionate, insightful, and (yes, I’ll admit it) a little humorous when the moment calls for it—because I believe healing doesn’t have to be all heavy! Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels as authentic and powerful as you are.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Are you a woman feeling overwhelmed by the weight of relationships, parenting, or self-doubt? Maybe you’re stepping into a new chapter—college, a career, or a major life transition—and suddenly it feels like you’ve lost your direction. Perhaps you’re searching for your purpose, or you’ve found it but feel stuck, unsure how to move forward. You might be navigating anxiety, depression, or ADHD symptoms that seem to be holding you back. Or maybe life has thrown more at you than most could imagine—leaving you wondering if it’s even possible to move forward toward your dreams. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. My clients are strong, capable women who are ready for change. They want to feel confident in who they are and hopeful about what’s ahead. Many come to me feeling exhausted, frustrated, and unsure of how to manage all that life demands. My passion is helping women like you break free from the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, create real momentum, and build a path toward the life you truly want—one that feels balanced, fulfilling, and undeniably yours.
