Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- currently licensed in NC and GA. I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I received my Masters from the University of Georgia and have been practicing since 2020. I wear many hats outside of my role as a therapist, one being a new mother. This transition into motherhood has given me a new lens to see life through. I am also wife, daughter, outdoors enjoyer, cook, and exercise enthusiast. We all wear many hats or view the world through different lenses which help us relate to one another in this wild world we live in. As a therapist, I believe I bring a compassionate and calm energy to the space I share with clients. I show up as my authentic self which means I can be a little irreverent, I will gently challenge you, and I will probably laugh at jokes that, as a therapist, I shouldn't. I am not a "blank slate" kind of therapist, but I also won't tell you what choices you should make as I believe the client is the expert in their own life. I walk along side my clients and hold space where you need it- whether that is you needing an empathetic ear or assistance with making life changing decisions. I recognize that it is a privilege to do what I do. I look forward walking along side you!

Hi, I’m Aquanatte Jackson, LCSW, and I truly believe that healing starts with compassion — for yourself, for others, and for the journey you’re on. I’ve spent more than 15 years helping people find peace, clarity, and strength in the middle of life’s hardest moments.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, major life transitions, and relationship challenges — including couples who are trying to rebuild connection and communication. My goal is to create a space that feels real, safe, and judgment-free — where you can show up as you are, without pressure or pretense.
My approach blends compassion-focused care with evidence-based methods that help you uncover what’s really driving your emotions and patterns — not just manage the surface stuff. I want you to leave each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and more in control of your story.
Whether you’re adjusting to change, learning to manage anxiety, or trying to reconnect in your relationship, I’m here to help you move toward healing and growth — one step at a time.
Because at the end of the day, my philosophy is simple: together we heal, together we thrive.
Welcome! I am a warm, non-judgemental and real person. One of my basic tenants is we, as people, are doing the best we can, and sometimes our conscious or subconscious "plan" to take care of ourselves is just not working anymore. Sometimes we need to develop a new “plan” but that can be difficult and we need help. The relationship with ourselves, family, friends and our community is a pillar to good health and well being. However things get in the way….like trauma, substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety, loneliness, illness, & fear. I want to support your concerns and help you improve your sense of wellbeing.

Hello, I'm a LCSW in the great state of North Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience working as a Psychotherapist on an assertive community treatment team. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and developing self-care and coping skills. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. During the initial intake it is important to build a therapeutic relationship while obtaining a clear understanding regarding the expectations of the person being served. Once the intake has been completed it is important to develop a personal center plan in-order to work toward accomplishing short-term and long-term goals tailored to meet the unique and specific needs of the individual being served. Over the past 4 years I have been using evidenced based interventions CBT, ACT, and Psych Rehab to assist the people I serve with reducing the severity of their ongoing symptoms and problems. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I look forward to working with anyone who is looking to take that first step.
I have spent the past 28 years working in the field of mental health and the last 13 years operating my own private practice, where I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating innovative and holistic techniques that meet each client where they are.
Beyond my professional role, I’ve been married for 20 years and am a proud mother of two sons, ages 18 and 11. These life experiences have given me a deep understanding of the joys and challenges of relationships, parenting, and balancing personal growth with everyday responsibilities. I believe that even life’s hardest seasons carry valuable lessons, and my mission is to help clients uncover those lessons, break through barriers, and step into their most authentic and empowered selves.
If you are looking to embrace your past experiences and reach your full potential, I am the therapist for you. I am passionate about my work in mental health. My relationship with therapy has had a profoundly positive influence on my life and the goal in my practice is to instill those same experiences in you. During our time together, you will address issues that affect your mental well-being, and learn to replace unwanted behavior with new activities.
I received my master’s degree in social work from University of South Carolina. My post-graduate work focuses predominately on child welfare, specifically working with young children, young adolescents, and their families who have experienced trauma within their home.
