Hello! I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I got my undergraduate degree at Carson-Newman University in Psychology and my Masters Degree from Capella University. I have been practicing for over 10 years. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults through the lifespan. I enjoy being able to walk alongside people so they can become the best version of themselves, learn how to heal previous trauma, and develop healthy coping skills.
I’m Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and veteran who’s passionate about helping people heal and grow. Whether you’re working through a single event or the weight of complex trauma, I’ll meet you with a balance of empathy, evidence-based strategies, and a collaborative spirit.

I’m Aileen Imana, a licensed therapist passionate about helping women and neurodivergent clients heal, grow, and reclaim their power. I provide a supportive space to explore life’s challenges, develop practical coping skills, and connect with your strengths so you can live with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Therapy has always been more than a profession for me—it’s a calling. My path has been shaped by my own healing journey, which taught me that resilience isn’t about never breaking; it’s about learning how to bend without losing yourself. Over the years, I’ve worked with women, creatives, and neurodivergent clients to transform self-doubt into self-trust, pain into purpose, and overwhelm into clarity. I believe in blending evidence-based tools with real-world application, honoring both the science and the soul of healing. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief that everyone has the capacity to create a life they don’t just survive, but truly love.
Warm Greeting, My name is Kylie — I’m a therapist, a mother, and someone who deeply believes in the power of being seen, heard, and supported.
Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual, especially when it comes to healing from trauma, navigating through life transitions, or adjusting to life after bringing a tiny human (or humans!) into the world. Whether you're feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between diaper changes and school drop-offs, or you're carrying the heavy weight of past pain that refuses to stay in the past, I’m here for you.
My practice is built on compassion, connection, and just the right amount of humor (because sometimes if you don't laugh, you'll cry — and sometimes we’ll do both). I specialize in working with:
Trauma – The kind that’s loud and the kind that’s quiet, but still lingers.
Postpartum – Depression, anxiety, identity shifts, rage, exhaustion… sound familiar?
Parenthood – From fertility struggles to toddler tantrums to “why did no one warn me?” moments.
You’re not broken. You’re human. And humans are messy, beautiful, resilient beings. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded in your daily life, and find your way back to joy (or at least a full night's sleep — we can dream, right?).
Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone. You can come exactly as you are — in yoga pants, with spit-up on your shirt, or holding back tears (or curse words). This is your space to exhale.
Let’s talk. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
My goal is to assist you in developing your vision and journey in becoming your best and desired self. I am person centered and enjoy applying creative strategies in my practice; such as the use of art, music-videos, narrative mediums and activities. I believe that everyone is capable of change. I have extensive experience with working with adolescents, adults, and families. I am an active supporter of persons and groups of varied cultural backgrounds and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
My name is Ashley and I have been a therapist for 11 years now. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my pets. Therapy has a lot to do with the bond between the therapist and the client. Change really can happen if the relationship is there. Most treatment methods can be fairly applicable if you develop that relationship. If you have found that to be a struggle in the past you may of had a bad connection with your therapist.
Greetings, I am a licensed Clinical Therapist. I have been a therapist for over 12+ years. I provide brief therapy (30 minutes sessions and 60 minute sessions). I actively listen to assist clients to feel good inside and out by gaining insight into feelings of anxiety or depression. Through building rapport, I assist clients to build and increase self-worth/self-esteem, self-love and being empowered to utilize tools gained during sessions to manage feelings and address challenging areas of life (relationships, jobs, social interactions) to begin living the life client's truly desire to live. Schedule your first appointment and I will assist you in meeting the goals you have for your mental health and in your life.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina, with a Master’s degree from NC State University and a Global Mental Health Trauma and Recovery Certificate from Harvard Medical School. With over 17 years of experience, I have worked in diverse settings, including emergency rooms, private practice, and non-profit organizations. As a Christian provider, I am passionate about supporting young adults struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, and uncertainty as they navigate life transitions and seek direction.
During a 13-year career in industry working as an engineer, I became inspired through a steady variety of volunteer work helping others within my community. I returned to school and earned my Master of Social Work degree. Recognizing that our body actively participates in all of our life experiences, I completed my Massage Therapy Certification. As I continued to work with more people in therapy, I learned about a novel approach that I could use to bridge these two disciplines, and I became a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and I virtually assist folks living in Florida, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. For over 30 years I have worked with people within adolescent, adult, and elder populations, US military veterans, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. Many have struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, gender incongruence, mood disorders, psychosis, substance use disorders, grief and loss, and chronic pain and illness.
I am a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples counseling, and Christian counseling. My passion is helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and purpose.
In my work with individuals, I primarily use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact their mood and behavior. I believe in a practical, goal-oriented approach that equips clients with tools they can apply in everyday life, whether they're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. My sessions are collaborative and supportive, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and resolving conflict in ways that foster deeper connection. I draw from evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring the process to fit each couple’s unique dynamic.
For those who desire a faith-based approach, I also offer Christian counseling. I integrate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection into the therapeutic process when appropriate. This allows for holistic healing that honors both emotional and spiritual needs, offering hope and a stronger sense of purpose.
What sets my practice apart is my commitment to creating a warm, judgment-free environment where real change can take place. I see therapy as a partnership—one that honors your story, builds on your strengths, and supports you in becoming the person or couple you’re called to be.
Whether you’re facing a specific struggle or simply seeking to grow, I’m here to walk with you through the process. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Hi, I’m Gina Aiello, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina, and a National Certified Counselor. I work with adults and young adults who are learning how to navigate life with ADHD and all the challenges and strengths that come with it.
If you’ve ever felt like your brain just works differently - jumping from one thought to another, forgetting things that matter, or getting stuck in cycles of overwhelm and guilt, you’re not alone! I get how frustrating it can be to know you’re capable, but still struggle to stay focused or follow through.
In our sessions, my goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood. There’s no judgment here, just curiosity, compassion, and a lot of real talk. We’ll figure out what’s actually getting in your way and build strategies that make sense for you (not some one-size-fits-all plan from a book).
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale. Where you don’t have to perform or pretend you’ve got it all together. You just get to show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
If you’re ready to start feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your own rhythm, I’d love to work with you ◡̈

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 27 years of experience working in human services and over 15 years of clinical experience.
