New to Grow
I take a warm, down-to-earth approach and believe in seeing the whole person, not just the challenges they are facing. I value genuine connection, humor, and creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported while working together toward meaningful, lasting change.
I bring collaboration, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client as an individual. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and comfort level. I work alongside clients to create a supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore what they want to change and what may be making change difficult. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can identify their own goals, consider their options, and build confidence in making changes at their own pace.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and practice healthier ways of thinking and coping.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients manage strong emotions, cope with stress, improve relationships, and respond to difficult situations in healthier ways. Together, we practice practical skills to increase awareness, handle challenges, and make choices that support their goals.
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, set clear goals, and focus on practical steps toward positive change. Together, we explore what is already working and build on those successes to help clients move forward.
I use a strength-based approach to help clients recognize their abilities, resources, and past successes. Together, we build on these strengths to set meaningful goals and take practical steps toward positive change.
