In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is about creating a foundation of trust. I will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to explore goals and concerns. I will give you space to be heard without pressure or judgment. In this first session, I will provide clarity on the therapeutic process and answer any questions you may have about moving forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a strengths-based perspective. I help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns while also recognizing and building on the resilience, skills, and strengths they already possess. This balanced approach supports practical change while empowering clients to feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready to learn more about themselves, whether they're navigating life transitions, seeking emotional balance, or simply wanting something to shift. I feel excited to work with clients who are motivated to build on their strengths and areas for growth to live more intentionally.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a collaborative, goal-focused approach that helps you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we work on practical tools to shift thinking, manage emotions, and build healthier behaviors that support the life you want.
Strength-Based
In a strengths-based approach, we focus on what’s right with you—not just what’s wrong. Therapy becomes a space to recognize your capabilities and use them to support growth, healing, and lasting change.
